I reordered what I always get and they send me a pizza with NO SAUCE! So I called and the little twit kept arguing with me saying I ordered it without SAUCE which I did not..she was very unprofessional and rude... they just lost my whole family's business. And no I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese!

The service and food is not consistent. If you order on a friday night. Some of the staff can be rude and cooks tend to cut corners and portions. Ive never made a compliant before but tonight after getting a cheesesteak wrap with all lettuce I called. And there response was he used the same amount he always uses. Which was false. Wont be spending my money there for a while especially not a friday night!!

We ordered chicken cheese steaks and when we picked them up it was just bread and meat, no cheese. When we called to have the item corrected they refused and insisted I ordered incorrectly. We order these multiple times a week and highly doubt it was our error and would have been nice to have it corrected. The sandwich was ok after we added cheese but not good enough to return again unfortunately.

Nice little pizza joint, with a little bit of a dining room. The thing that caught my attention most was the gigantic size of a slice of pizza. I purchased two slices and when I got was close to half a pizza. I'd say more people than not would enjoy eating here.

I drove 20 minutes yesterday to pick up my pizza. When I got there the woman said they forgot to make it. No apology or attempt to make up for it. I asked for my money back. I have been a long time customer but will never go there again.

Let’s just say I picked up a pizza, French fries, and Mott sticks. And I must say the food was absolutely terrible. The pizza was cold and tasted like the cardboard it was in. And the French fries were also cold and very soggy. The worst part is about after 15 mins in my stomach my body decided it didn’t want this anymore and ejected itself out of both holes. Been sick to my stomach the last half hour. Will never ever go back there again .

I’ve been a patron of little Jim’s for many years. I’m not sure what has happened in the past few years but the food has taken an absolute nose dive. I’ve had many cheesesteaks in my life by this was by far the worst sandwhich i have ever eaten. The steak was dryer than a bone. I asked for a simple cheesesteak with whiz or cheddar sauce. What i received was a dehydrated cheesesteak with what appears to be shredded cheddar cheese sprinkled in and overcooked so badly it has solidified together in clumps with the meat. I made it through 3 bites before i threw it away. Given many chances but now i will never order from here again. It’s a shame.
