We literally just left 5min ago they didn't acknowledge me and my brother. We stood there for about 5-10min and they stared at us an continued to ignore and not say or help us out at all. They had 2 cars i believe in the drive thru they weren't even busy very unprofessional. So we left an took our business elsewhere. Very unprofessional an unbelievable they could have said they help us in a minute something instead just stare ourway an turn there heads an ignored 🙁 us. Dont come here go somewhere else.

Love this location because they're fairly priced unlike the one near my house which is ridiculously overpriced for everything. Haven't had any issues with any of the food, also top notch customer service from one of their managers (Kamal) helping me with questions I had about the current Naruto promotion and making sure his location had all of the characters available for fans (at $1.29 each if my math is right). Very friendly and helpful dude.

I have noticed that if you order a sandwich that has mayonnaise, you have to tell them light on the mayonnaise unless you like more mayonnaise than actual sandwich. The last time I went, I dined in.. all 4 employees, plus the manager, were more worried about taking care of the drive-thru customers. The drive thru was steady, but they were not waiting in line.There were 9 customers waiting inside for 20 min. before they took an inside order.. then another 10 minutes waiting for your food.. when I got my food.. the bun fell apart when I picked it up and when you bit into the bun, it would crumble. The fries were OVERLY salted. I went up to the counter to ask for fries with no salt.. stood there for another 10 minutes and did not get waited on.. I ate the sandwich and threw the fries out..
I'm a convience store mgr. and we sell food. So I get being short-handed and busy. However, this was totally unacceptable.
