I have noticed that if you order a sandwich that has mayonnaise, you have to tell them light on the mayonnaise unless you like more mayonnaise than actual sandwich. The last time I went, I dined in.. all 4 employees, plus the manager, were more worried about taking care of the drive-thru customers. The drive thru was steady, but they were not waiting in line.There were 9 customers waiting inside for 20 min. before they took an inside order.. then another 10 minutes waiting for your food.. when I got my food.. the bun fell apart when I picked it up and when you bit into the bun, it would crumble. The fries were OVERLY salted. I went up to the counter to ask for fries with no salt.. stood there for another 10 minutes and did not get waited on.. I ate the sandwich and threw the fries out.. I'm a convience store mgr. and we sell food. So I get being short-handed and busy. However, this was totally unacceptable.

I just left this Burger King and they served me the perfect Double Whopper with hot fries fresh out the oil. I am very satisfied with this place and I've never had a burger that looks so beautiful in my life. Thank you Burger King for having a wonderful staff that really hooked me up.

The weekend manager is extremely rude. placed an order 11/8/24 the manager was very rude, didn’t engage with customer and wouldn’t respond when “certain” customers would simply say thank you. As a regular BK supporter I will no longer spend my money here or support.

I recently visited the Burger King at Blackwood-Clementon Rd. While the interior was clean and well-organized, the restroom was quite dirty, which was disappointing. The food was okay—not extraordinary, but not bad either. However, the employees seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers, which affected the overall experience. A little more attention to customer service would go a long way in improving the overall dining experience.

If I can have it my way then how come I asked for a whopper without mayonnaise and I get a whopper with mayonnaise. Also I had to pull over for the fries to be done and it took 20 mins to get my order now my food is cold. Fix it now
If I could get away with no stars, I would. This is the worst burger king ever. There's alot of bad burger kings, so that says alot. For starters, ordering was not good. Couldn't understand or her, or hear her. Somehow ended up with a original chicken sandwich, AND a chicken jr. Which I had originally ordered. They took the original chicken sandwich back, refunded it. How it is that people that hardly speak English or understand English can work in a place dealing with the public. The drive through worker needs to speak up, The manager and assistant need to learn to speak English My chicken jr tasted burnt. Never will go here again.

The chicken wrap is a waste of money. The piece of chicken was maybe 2 inches long and the rap was all soggy so I threw it out little waste of money

I experienced the most disgusting facility today. I was in the location at 1370 Blackwood Clementon Rd. in New Jersey and in the play area was urine all over the slide in the kids play area. I advised the manager of what I see and was told that somebody would take care of it. Doing that time almost over 30 to 40 minutes as I sat there no one came to clean up anything in the kids play area meanwhile there’s more kids and families coming in the play area and kids are trying to play and I was advising the parents that the area was not clean and I told the manager. The manager didn’t seem too interested and didn’t do anything. This is a bad look for your brand And I will be posting a Google review in regards to this location as well and the cleanest with pictures
