The only person that is kind is the sweet little lady in the window. Everyone else in incredibly rude and never greet. If they make a mistake they don't apologize and rarely fix the problem correctly!

I’ve been coming to this one for some time because there is 1 very nice woman during the week in the mornings. However, weekend staff is terrible and there hasn’t been one time where I get the order I ordered correctly - which is saying a lot because I do order online and go to pick it up so my order shows specifically what I want. Tired of paying the extra up charges and not getting said up charged items. So won’t be going back to this location anymore.

This location sucks! The service is ass! Apparently don’t know anything about how to do the job! They don’t know the difference between a coffee and a latte! At this point, really recommend just replacing the whole staff!

Nasty! The lady who took my cash at the drive thru had been wearing gloves for some reason. She took my cash and then grabbed my donut with those same gloves. Disgusting! Why is she wearing gloves? And how long has she been wearing these same gloves?!

I come to this dunkin often and I’m always disappointed with the products they give me. I was excited for the new cookie butter cold brew and they just slapped some cold brew on and didn’t even put the cookie crumbles. Just know from this dunkin your coffee is gonna taste different every time
