1/3 times I visit here they mess up my order, Sometimes I think it’s a language barrier, other times I feel they don’t care to get it right.
I’ll ask for a coffee with sausage egg and cheese and often they’ll give me bacon and coffee with no sugar.
I honestly hate spending my money with Dunkin Donuts;
I don’t understand why they don’t hire some college kids or high schoolers from the area. It would be more PROFICIENT.

I never have a problem with donuts here. My issue is the coffee. I'll get normal amount of cream and sugar and yet the coffee is soooooo bitter. I go to other dunkins and don't have that issue. Also the service is kinda slow. I'll pull up and see 3 or 4 people working there yet it seems like they are more into talking then serving.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this visit to Dunkin’ was frustrating enough that I felt it was necessary. I went in expecting a quick stop for a drink and a snack, and instead got a rude attitude and the wrong order. The guy acted like I was a burden just for ordering. My drink was made wrong it tasted like water , and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee laughed to another co-worker an older woman like it was some kind of joke. The store wasn’t even that busy, so there’s really no excuse. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one was just unprofessional from start to finish. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Love the iced cappuccinos. They are my favorite iced coffee drink at dunkin. They make it in the blender with ice, and it tastes so good with the flavors of my choosing. I prefer French vanilla. I also like it when they have other flavors come out during the seasons. The more ice, the less coffee. Blended tastes are really good when the right person makes it:) It is more enjoyable when they know how to make it correctly 😉 Added cold foam or ripped cream on top.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in this area. Do yourself a favor and stop at any other one in this area. This one does not deserve business for poor quality. How do you forget the egg on a breakfast sandwich? Stale food and barely warm. Good luck giving them a complaint because they try to pass it off like it didn't happen.

This particular dunkin is the worst. Orders are constantly wrong, no matter how simple. Staff doesn't give a damn about anything acting like you throwing off their day by ask for coffee and rush you through ordering.
Do yourself a favor and go a few mins down the road to the College Drive dunkin next to CVS. They at least have some kinda respect for other people...
They cost as much as Starbucks for bitter two-day old coffee. Everyone there is rude

They need to work on the customer service!!! When I asked a worker a question he acted like he didn’t hear me and dismissed me to another worker to help me which was met with an attitude. Also, they don’t have much donuts. You’re better off going to a Dunkin’ at another location.

Update I got my 10 minute coffee and it was wrong. Ordered a black with a flavor and they added dairy. I’m dairy free so that’s cool. Now I’m late for work from being stuck in the drive thru with a coffee I can’t drink. Never again.
