Love the iced cappuccinos. They are my favorite iced coffee drink at dunkin. They make it in the blender with ice, and it tastes so good with the flavors of my choosing. I prefer French vanilla. I also like it when they have other flavors come out during the seasons. The more ice, the less coffee. Blended tastes are really good when the right person makes it:) It is more enjoyable when they know how to make it correctly š Added cold foam or ripped cream on top.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in this area. Do yourself a favor and stop at any other one in this area. This one does not deserve business for poor quality. How do you forget the egg on a breakfast sandwich? Stale food and barely warm. Good luck giving them a complaint because they try to pass it off like it didn't happen.

This particular dunkin is the worst. Orders are constantly wrong, no matter how simple. Staff doesn't give a damn about anything acting like you throwing off their day by ask for coffee and rush you through ordering.
Do yourself a favor and go a few mins down the road to the College Drive dunkin next to CVS. They at least have some kinda respect for other people...

They need to work on the customer service!!! When I asked a worker a question he acted like he didnāt hear me and dismissed me to another worker to help me which was met with an attitude. Also, they donāt have much donuts. Youāre better off going to a Dunkinā at another location.

Update I got my 10 minute coffee and it was wrong. Ordered a black with a flavor and they added dairy. Iām dairy free so thatās cool. Now Iām late for work from being stuck in the drive thru with a coffee I canāt drink. Never again.

Ridiculous how it doesnāt matter what time of day I come here they never have donuts, they can never make food orders or they claim to have ājust cleaned and sanitizedā so they canāt serve anything. If this location cannot serve and satisfy consumers, then why is it still open? This is not the first time. Itās happened for the last 4 months repeatedly. The workers there already donāt listen when you try to order, on top of already sounding and looking miserable. Save your time and go somewhere else.

There is no way there is any type of coffee in here. I know i asked for cream and pumpkin but this is all cream and pumpkin. Nothing else. Most of them donāt even want to be there and the guy the works night will sit and text on his phone instead of helping. Iāll just go to Starbucks down the road.
