Salvadoran Restaurant

I called at 2:11 PM for a pickup. I ordered 6 pupusas and cassava with pork. They told me to be there in 30 minutes to pick up my food. I got there and my food was not ready. I waited over an hour before the food was given to me. I saw there were only 2 ladies working, not sure if they only had 1 person cooking, but they were busy. They seriously need to hire at least one more person to help them. I got home and the order of cassava and pork was plain, with no sauce, no salad, nothing. I only had 3 pieces of pork (chicharron). The pupusas were good, but again, no sauce for them, no salad, which they usually include. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but they can do better on the service. Don't get me wrong, besides the order of cassava and pork, everything else was good. I have ordered from here a few times, but this time was the worst for me. The prices are elevated I feel they don't have a set fee for the plates. They don't provided receipts either. Honestly it's a mix of things. They can try to work out something to makes this places better. AGAIN FOOD ITS GOOD, service is lacking 😑

I was really craving something that felt homecooked but didn’t want to cook myself, so after seeing some great reviews, we decided to try this spot. Plus, I realized I hadn’t had pupusas in forever—so it was definitely time.

We ate inside. Seating is very limited, but the space is clean, and the woman who served us was so kind and welcoming.

We ordered the beef guisado, steak tacos, cheese pupusas, and cheese & bean pupusas. There was a bit of a wait, but the food was worth it. Everything was delicious and so comforting—the kind of meal that really hits the spot. The pupusas especially brought back memories of when my mom would bring some home (from who knows where, lol).

Next time, we’ll call ahead and order for pickup to skip the wait, but I’m so glad we found this place!

Food was great! Also grabbed some items from the store. Next time, I’ll be calling in my order so I can enjoy the food faster 🤤

The truth is, bad service, we don't think we will return again, they only have one person serving all the food and serving the customer both in the restaurant and by call, bad service from the girl due to the same stress of being alone, she serves poorly if you can't do it alone, well You have to talk so as not to serve customers badly. Please, gentlemen, do not leave a person alone in the Restaurant, they are doing badly.
