Store Closed. It isn't updated but it had 3 papers on the glass wall saying it's closed. One of them says it will open on July 2020 so it was probably closed for a while. This explains why no one seems to answer calls for orders. Hopefully it comes back.
Literally called for five straight minutes and nobody answered. They don’t have an online option. Is this real life? It’s 1PM on a Sunday. Would avoid this place
I generally never have a problem when I go to the store itself but recently have been ordering online with consistent issues, the past two orders were missing items. The first had missing chicken which had me go to the store itself to get replacements which defeated the purpose of ordering online. The second order was missing an additional item which is supposed to be replaced with the next order, however calling can be fruitless with the poor customer service. I do not understand why this is a consistent problem.
They don't answer their phone during business hours and don't have online ordering. I am incapable of ordering a pizza from this establishment. This is the second time I've called in the last few months and nobody has picked up. This is not a functioning business.
Service was awful and employees were extremely rude and unfriendly. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone came out from the back.
This location usually has fresh hot out of the oven pizzas available for carry out. My last pizza was fresh but not as fresh as usual. I think that was due in part to the fact it was closing time. For the money you can't beat it!

Everything was ok, but not the greatest customer service. It's almost like they see customers as a punishment and treat customers with disdain
Store on White Horse Pike, Somerdale usually doesn't have grab and go pizzas ready. Today, no diet sodas. Never has parmesan cheese packets. Blackwood store seems to be well stocked with ready to go pizzas, sodas and cheese packets.
