I’ve tried ordering from this restaurant on DoorDash *twice* now. Both times, the drivers haven’t been able to find the restaurant because the address given is actually for a Mexican restaurant. Also, the restaurant’s phone number is actually for a Mexican restaurant. And no one there speaks English. So the delivery drivers can’t find the restaurant, but then we can’t even get ahold of anyone that can give us directions to it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Doordash for this restaurant and I called to see if my order went through. The lady answered and said no Doordash and hung up on me very rudely. This was my first experience with this place and will be my last due to how horrible the customer service was. Also they shouldn’t be on Doordash if apparently they don’t do Doordash!

Been wanting to try this place since they opened. I don’t like trying new places. ...and this is why... I ordered and the girl on the phone told me my delivery would be about 35 minutes. I’m only 3/4 of a mile away from this place and I didn’t order a bunch of food. Nothing complicated. After an hour and 20 minutes and my food still wasn’t here I was just about to cancel the order when the delivery driver pulled up. He said “lots of deliveries tonight.” Yea well that’s no excuse. This place will not be around after Christmas. I’m surprised they’re still in business now. No way in hell they can compete with Scottos across the street. Portions were small. Food wasn’t great. I ordered chicken and angel hair. It was like soup. I’ll stick to Scottos. I’m there 4 nights a week. Dimarcos fumbled the ball big time. They just had the chance to take one of Scottos best customers away and they failed. Never again.

First time ordering from here. The pasta entrees were great. The side salads were very nice and fresh. Good size portions and great prices. Delivery was quick came very hot which is much appreciated. Nice new restaurant. Will order again.

The food prepared in this locally owned & operated restaurant is always fantastic and ready when promised. Highly recommend you visit Hector & Marco! Their prices are more than fair, and even from behind a mask, service always comes with a smile. We order from here several times a week and they never dissapoint.
