I want to thank Chris for a wonderful visit today at this location. I needed a bite to eat and some leftovers for later, placed an order with him for a fresh order of pretzel sausage dogs and cheesesteak bites with some cheese sauce, he told me that it would take a few minutes to make and he'd keep the cheese sauce warm for me. Watching him in the kitchen area, he runs the store with perfect timing, sanitary operations, and cleans up after himself as part of his routine. He's extremely courteous, friendly, and professional despite being busy keeping operations constantly moving. Instead of waiting at the counter for me to pick up my order from him, he brought it out to me personally while I was waiting at the bartop.I appreciate the extra effort and his kindness. Even a small gesture can make all the difference for customers. I certainly will be back to get my pretzel fix whenever the mood strikes me. Thank you!p.s. I love the cinnamon pretzel twists that other locations have. I commented about it to Chris and I told him it'd be awesome if you guys were to make them fresh at the store. I'd like to put in a request to have them available to be freshly made so I can stop by and grab some when I'm finished grocery shopping across the street. thanks!

I placed a timed order for 9am..and the timed order was not even started.. by the time i got there @9:30am… i dont understand why after being open for 2&1/2 hrs on a tuesday, that it was not finished. Just unacceptable in my eyes.( EDIT )The manager ( Mr Mike ) called me & went above and beyond to accommodate for what happened earlier this morning. I am satisfied with the customer service.

Awesome friendly srvice!

I would go here faithfully every week for years. The new owners seemed to have changed the salt they use. It’s now finer salt that seems to make the pretzels super salty. If it was an attempt to save money just know you lost a customer.

This person did not was her hand took my money then went to get the spicy dogs with her bare hands, this person is touching her hair then went back to making pretzels no gloves, all these steps with no hand washing.

Recently got some pretzels from here and the past few times I’ve been at this specific location something has been weird with the bottoms of the pretzels that burns to taste. The most recent time myself and others who got the pretzels developed swelling and blisters on our tongues due to whatever was on the bottom of the pretzels. It seems to be a reoccurring issue and I hope they can fix it so no one else has a similar reaction.

All of the pretzels were completely raw inside. Inedible. It was like raw biscuit dough. Didn’t like this place, the look of it, the lack of dips and products available and no drinks like the other places have.

Stopped in on Sunday to pick up a rivet bucket to take to a Labor Day BBQ. It initially was a big hit until we realized the top half of the bucket was fresh pretzels and the bottom half was stale pretzels.

Giving one star because I can't give 0, food is good but their integrity is terrible. They have a sticker on the window saying they have doordash but when the order is placed they have no idea about the order and say they "don't have doordash set up" maybe set it up or un enroll. Terrible management and leader skills

Change your closing time to 4 if you’re going to lock the door at 4……

Always hot and fresh pretzels with friendly staff

Super friendly and helpful. They got me a small tray of rivets made in 15 minutes on EAGLES superbowl day without an order. I fully expected a no, and I was ok with that. My poor planning is not their problem. However they said no problem and I'm truly thankful! You will continue to get my business.

Great customer service over the phone. I placed a large order for a company meeting that they had ready for me at 7am. Friendly customer service in store as well. Pretzel breakfast sandwich tasted good as well.
