Beware! They charge an extra $.25 more than the sauces cost. The app says $.25 and they out here trying to scam people by charging $.50. For a damn sauce! Not to mention, we always have to check our bag before we pull off because the order is never accurate. Get it together.

First of all this is not my first worse experience with this location I'm never going back after this so I ordered at two piece chicken meal with biscuit and red beans and rice I upgraded my red beans and rice to a large and was charged that but when I got home I still had a regular size in the bag I go back up there let the worker know he apologized and told me to pull up when I get to the window the manager first of all had an attitude with me and asked for the receipt unfortunately I misplaced the receipt and told him I don't have the receipt but I have the time I came here along with the exact description of the order along with a bank statement he refused to listen and gave me attitude and told me I cant do nothing for you without it and told me to pull over by the lobby he totally disregarded my concern and shoo me off that is no way to treat no loyal customer and this time I will take it to the higher head honcho this man need to go he is no great leadership and I do feel a little discriminated how he act towards me before I explain the problem to him. Overall I left unhappy and with no item i paid for.

Tried the new chicken wrap wrap was not wrapped well at all looked it very sloppy The chicken was real dry like it was under the light for 2 days and very greasy french fries were greasy and soggy could not even consume them threw them in the trash also ordered a shrimp tackle box as I stated fries were greasy had to throw them in the trash biscuit was hard and dry tasted old not fresh at all not like Popeyes by do enjoy Popeyes but this one really sucked wouldn't recommend it

I went to the drive through line to order a three-piece combo with a large sweet tea drink. When I get to the window, I am told that my bill is $14.60. I paid it and the money was immediately debited from my account. I leave and found out that I had one piece of chicken and one biscuit --plus my small drink. I go back and the manager said I didn't pay for the combo--though the monies were taken out of my Wells Fargo account. By now, I am trying to convince him something is wrong. It's on my mobile statement. The money is gone. But he kept refusing to look at my phone. I paid for three transactions --when I paid for everything the first time. This man treated me like I was trash, refused to give me a refund, and made me start cursing. SMH He never agreed to investigate the matter and stayed on how I disrespected him because I snatched my debit card and bag. How would you feel, Sir? I will be writing every agency I can. Something is going on at this location. Corporate must look into the business ethics at this Clementon location. You can't take people's money. This was a horrible and unnecessary situation. Be warned. Go elsewhere. It's a scam.

No one should have to experience what I experienced at this location. To refuse to review your errors and to repeatedly talk down to a customer who paid three bills for the same three pieces of chicken is outrageous. My biggest regret is allowing that man to take me to a place I where I raised my voice and used words I don't use. Lord Jesus, forgive me. You never know what someone is going through. Please be professional. If you knew the bad news I had just received, you would understand how getting something to eat and drink was necessary--but this location turned it into the most horrible transaction and made a challenging day much worse. Popeyes, you stole from me. You wouldn't even review the receipts. Wow. Wells Fargo has the record. Smh
