I got food yesterday on December 10th, 2024. The evening staff was incredible. If you want good service then visit this crew in the evening on Tuesdays!

I was trying to place an order at the counter with an Indian guy with glasses
order was for a wings meal and I asked for 2 sauces a guy asked for extra money for sauces was saying no sauce would come with the meal I needed to pay extra for it

Ok so I use to go to this location before the makeover they had and my orders ALWAYS got messed up food was cold items missing old and crusty food and I would ATTEMPT to call and let them know and the phone was ALWAYS busy so I’d go up there and they would fix it no questions asked so I said let me TRY AGAIN after their make over went in this evening orders 2 of their 6$ special box tenders w/2 sides and a biscuit plus and extra side of gravy and JUST LIKE BEFORE old cold and crusty FOOD,,,SERVICE was fast and very polite but old cold and CRUSTY FOOD made that part kinda suck idk if I’ll go back again SMH

I got there sweet tea and Oreo cheese cake. Soo good. And there blackended chicken strips so amazing with a side of pickle. Excellent service! They really stepped up there game!

this placed never put quality into their chicken; always over cooked or over battered where can not tell if it is a wing; always wonder if they are using old chicken to refried it because always looked burnt!

I love pop eye chicken it taste good.

I'm so tired of the clementon nj location they also pack the wrong chicken there breast never fried right always Soggy then they have the 5$ Signature deal 3 piece on the picture it has a wing leg thigh but when you order he says only dark meat thighs and legs I'm just mad got home today for all wrong I want be going back there

I’ve been going to Popeyes for years! Never had a problem, but this new manager or owner is profoundly rude and unprofessional! I asked for honey TWICE and as he finally put it in the bag, he rudely told me I didn’t have biscuits and I don’t need it. Checked the fries and literally had about ten fries in the bag. Very small portions are given for the price! Take the drive to Lawnside location! NEVER coming back. The new owners of these franchises are going to ruin the reputation of Popeyes.

A friend and I went to the Blackwood/Clementon Rd Popeyes the man who took our Oder (we went inside) was so nice . I mean nice we asked for hand wipes he gave them to us and he wasn’t overly nice just did his job and was courteous. Thank you!!!!! Not too many people like that. My friend asked for a few things and I was thinking oh boy he gonna get mad but no he just did it. Ok so that was service . The chicken omg love it!!!!!! So good I want some now that I’m thinking about it

Food was horrible. Wings were black inside, fries were stale and felt like they had been sitting. Lemonade taste like antifreeze, not that I know what it taste like but it sure as hell was not lemonade. Never again.

I order out a lot and let’s just say I’m disappointed the majority of the time . No joke probably 95 percent of the time . Well let’s start with the timing . It said 10 minutes it was 10 minutes . Most importantly quality. Well no problem there this definitely was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had and there sides amazing. Specifically mashed potatoes…. Damnnn they’re good. Let’s top the whole experience off with employees that were respectful and professional. Awesome establishment

I usually have no problems at this Popeyes but whatever manager you guys had working july 20th @ 9:29pm needs to either be asked to step down as a manager or retrained correctly because she is very rude and she purposely messed up my order . I ordered a 3 pc spicy chicken meal with red beans and rice and a side of jalepenos and hot sauce . When I got to the 2nd window I apologized because my phone had recently died and was just turning back on and asked her could she please just add 2 pcs of chicken and a side of mash because I had a coupon for the $11.99 2 can dine deal. She says no and gives me attitude as she tells me I would have to get out of line to go all the way to the end . I asked to speak with a manager and she was so proud to say she was the manager so I continued to ask what would be the issue with adding 2 more pieces of spicy chicken to my box and an already made mash to my bag and she told me she needed to “scan” my code and basically trying to say anything to not do it but being as though I come here often I corrected her and told her it was a scannable coupon it was a code that she had to type in at the 2nd window ANYWAY. She gave me this nasty look and agreed to do it and I made sure to thank her (be the bigger person lol) while reminding her that I wanted SPICY CHICKEN, still with my hot sauce and my jalepenos. She said okay pull up and slammed the window . A couple minutes later a man comes out and gives me my food and when I pull off and check my items not only was there no type of hot sauce or sauce in general in the bag , she had given me original chicken & also did not give me the jalepeno that I ordered . I didn’t even eat the food at this point because I am the few people that DONT like the original Popeyes chicken, I like my chicken spicy and what I ordered since literally I was craving it . Her behavior was very disrespectful & I’m even more mad that she played with my food like that . She’s the African manager that was working night shift on July 20th. She really needs to be spoken too cause not everybody is going to be so nice to just leave a review knowing that not only were you rude you went out your way to be vindictive with MY FOOD, that I PAID for. Imagine if she would’ve given spicy chicken to a customer just because she didn’t like them correcting her or just asking for what they want and that customer had a sensitive palette that could really mess them up !

Great food, and service. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was amazing. Parking was a bit difficult but it was worth it. The people there were kind. Definitely recommend
