For starters, they are charging you extra for egg, even if it is included in your salad, which they are not allowed to do, The portions are extremely small, The woman tried to charge me for extra dressing because I asked her to put one more line of dressing on my salad… any other salad works I go to they never try to charge me $1.50 extra for one line of salad dressing and usually they have the spoons and give you a scoop of dressing… At that point, I didn’t even want my salad anymore because they’re trying to overcharge me for Every little thing and not even give the full portion they’re supposed to give, The manager then makes a very smart remark as I’m walking out of the store just overall a horrible experience and I will never be returning to that Saladworks location take the extra five minute drive and go to the different location where they will give you your actual portions and not charge you extra for things that are already included

Love the fact that you can customize your own salad. Generally, nice staff. Clean environment.

I would like to give a special thanks to the Manager and her staff for really listening to their customers. The price of eggs were too high so they charged an upcharge. I did complain and right after they brought the price of eggs down for all customers. I come here all the time because the staff is always a pleasure and the salads are always fresh. The staff are young but they tend to stay at this establishment for a long time which says a lot about management. I highly recommend this salad works for locals and travelers!

Smallest $15 salad I’ve ever seen…bowl wasn’t even half full. You guys could really learn from all the other Saladworks that actually do the right thing.

I just ordered a Tivoli salad from the clementin location in old Kmart center. When I opened the lid there was a small bug on the noodles. I picked it off my salad to kill it and then put it in a napkin to show my husband. He said he believes it was a fruit fly. We took pictures of it too. Anyway. I called the store to report it. And the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She told me that she made the salad stuff that morning and it's fresh so it's not possible. She asked what I want and asked if I just wanted another salad to replace it. Then asked what I ordered. When i told her she said a new will be waiting for me. She never apologized or anything. This is outrageous. I am beyond upset. No one wants to eat a damn bug!! She was so quick to hang up that she never asked what I actually wanted. So when my husband went to get the new order of course it was wrong. She got upset with my husband and started slamming stuff around the store in the process of making a new salad. Where is the customer service!?? Maybe I should send the Pic to the board of health or post it all over social media. This is unacceptable. All I wanted was an apology and a replacement. I mean $16 for a salad!!

The worst customer service. I got a salad delivered from this location through doordash. Only 2 of the 6 toppings I ordered were on the salad, they didn’t even put on the protein I selected. So essentially, all I had was lettuce, avocado, and dressing. I had to drive all the way to this location, over 20 minutes away, for the guy to accuse me of eating half of it before I got there. The pickup time was after 6, and I was back with the salad by 7:30, so I brought it back fairly quickly. Especially considering I was over 20 minutes away. I brought the salad back and everything so they could see it, again, most of the toppings I ordered were missing. A mistake is okay, but to think that a customer picked every topping out, so much so that you cant find one piece of chicken or crouton in it, and THEN drove all the way back after having it delivered is crazy. What would be the purpose? I wont’t ever return to this location.

My wife & I went in at 5:45 PM on Sat night 6/22. Ordered new Tivoli salad. They were out of peperoni, didn't know what dressing went with salad & when told the female employee she used an obviously almost empty container & when we asked if there was more dressing she reluctantly looked, said there was no more & made no attempt to accommodate us & developed an attitude, saying it's not her fault about lack of dressing. And after we started eating it we found it lacked provolone & roasted tomatoes, 2 other featured ingredients. How do you promote at salad & have virtually NONE of its ingredients! Won't be going back any time soon! Not sure what was worse- salad or employee attitude. (She also said no manager was present, when we asked)

Closes earlier than times advertised religiously! Unprofessional! Stuck in traffic, still got there 10 minutes before close and the doors are locked and 2 dopey looking employees staring out of the fishbowl storefront.

A lot of Saladworks have gone down in quality since COVID; however, not this location. This location is not stingy with the amount of toppings put in your salad. Staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Sometimes they will offer other alternatives if you say “no” to a roll.

Been getting the chicken tortilla soup there for years and for the first time was told there is an up charge to get the actual tortilla strips for the soup. What’s the point of a chicken tortilla soup without the tortillas?

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered online they got it all wrong.Smallest portions and over priced. We called and they didn't even care to fix or make it better.

While I like salad works, this particular store wasn't the best. Limited parking, no fountain drinks and limited choices compared to others in this franchise.
