Been getting the chicken tortilla soup there for years and for the first time was told there is an up charge to get the actual tortilla strips for the soup. What’s the point of a chicken tortilla soup without the tortillas?

While I like salad works, this particular store wasn't the best. Limited parking, no fountain drinks and limited choices compared to others in this franchise.

I saw three employees hustling to keep up with both mobile and in person orders who handled customers politely and efficiently. The salads were fresh and the place was clean—it was refreshing to see and a good experience all around.

Worst worst worst experience very rude behave this is second time I visit this store they saying that they will take 30 minutes seriously are you going to take 30 minutes to prepare a salad?I meet one door dash driver outside the store he was saying that he is never taking this salad works order as the employees behave very rudely and says your order will take 30-45 minutes this type of employee is ruining the image of salad works

I went in to get 2salads the gentleman who served me was very pleasant on the other hand the young lady with long braids was wearing gloves and putting her fingers in her mouth while wearing the gloves and handling the warm rolls as I asked her to change her gloves she totally ignored me and grabbed the roll with the utensils asked if I wanted a receipt while she was crumbling it this happened about 7:30 tonight very poor unsanitary customer service unexecptableParking: Clean

They don’t understand or comprise their customers feelings when it comes to the mistakes they made ! i asked for crispy chicken on my salad so i called and complained. i know it doesn’t seem like much but rn i’m not able to get around as much cuz i sprained my ankle and i can’t drive so my bf is driving me around and he just went into a doctors appt so i wasn’t able to come and give the salad back mind you this is my first meal of the day.. but the girl otp told me if i wasn’t able to come back that day to show her they didn’t put chicken on the salad she wasn’t able to provide me a remake of my meal the next time i come. i would’ve expected some empathy but she just laughed at me so i hung up. 0/10

I get done work late and want to go to Cell and work. I usually get there 15 minutes before 9 o'clock now for time they have been closed before their actual closed time so that they can run out the door at 9 o'clock that is horrible or a business they should either change their hours to 830 or higher new people that keep the door open till nine like it says on the website. I love their food is always fresh but I wish they get to stay open for the right time. unexceptable
Always love coming here after work visits nearby. Today though, i was not greeted by the salad tossed and legit had to stand there in an awkward silence until I realized she wasn’t going to greet me or ask how can ask how can I help you. It was the most strange experience I have had in a while. She was completely rude and disrespectful the entire time with little to no interaction or respect. The young boy ringing me up was super sweet. This girl was just completely miserable and made me feel like a burden to be having a salad made by her lol. Hope she has a better day!

Was in the store today having Lunch an I saw a BABY MOUSE run out from back of counter .. I left my salad on the table an left the store !!!! VERY MUCH UNCALLED FOR ..I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE STORE AGAIN !!

This is the cleanest store that I have ever been in and the staff is super friendly.It’s a shame that people leave fake reviews like the lady stating that she saw a mouse. I was sitting outside next to her when the store was closed because it was 9 PM and the lady said she was going to leave a fake review so if anyone to believe that please don’t Google should really block her from saying anything else . You should ashamed of yourself lady.

Arrived well before they closed and was told they couldnt serve me because the tongs were already put away! Very rude and horrible customer service. After I left, before 9pm, they locked the door and wouldnt let other customers in! Never again!

Ordered the salad and panini combo! The salad was super fresh!! I say this because the lettuce at the Washington Township location is always wilted! The panini I got was the chipotle chicken!!! Soooo delicious!!! Can’t even add a photo because I devoured it!!! Good job girls!!! I will be back!
