Natalie helped me out figuring out the menu and finding what drink would be best for me. She was extremely patient and the service I and other customers received from her was above and beyond. I will definitely be coming to this location more often, regardless of it being a further drive. I loved my chestnut praline latte, thank you Natalie!

I only got one food item and a latte and no one was in line when I arrive but it took 20 mins for those two things. And the heavier set white girl at the window was also very rude.

on DoorDash it shows the store opens at 5:30am so I placed an order for breakfast. After it showed my dasher waiting at the store my order was canceled due to the store being closed? And then I checked the hours for the store on DoorDash and it's says "temporarily closed" they won't start taking orders until 6:30am. I won't get my money back for 5 business days because of the stores mistake? Or because they don't feel like taking DoorDash orders? Very unprofessional.

I come to Starbucks EVERYDAY SINCE PUMKIN FLAVOR CAME OUT . I get a pumpkin cold brew with extra foam on the side. I get it EVERYDAY sometimes for an upcharge and that's ok
Today I was told Very RUDELY TOLD that I wasn't able to get extra foam on the side even with and extra charge. WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTT !!!
If I could give her a zero. I wish I got her name i would.
I woke in the OR for a 12hour shift save lives. If I want extra foam give extra foam!!!!!!!!

I was the only person in the cafe yesterday waiting for my $7 coffee snd after tipping $2 an almost 10 coffee. There were four people behind the counter. The one girl continued to make drinks at least four or five of them when I interrupted her after 5 minutes of waiting and said is my drink going to be made soon and she said she had online orders to make I said well could you let me know what my number is in line so I can decide to wait any longer bc I have to leave. With an annoying look and bad attitude she made my drink. So drinks were being made for people that weren't even there and I was the only one in the store and I had to ask for my drink to be made. Is that the policy after online orders are filled then the customer that are present in the stores orders are filled? If so I'm not going to be able to keep coming in.
The worse experience thy wouldn’t give me the red cup on a door dash very rude !!!!

A.t.t.i.t.u.d.e. Do you know what that means? I wont be back! Twice I got LECTURED about arriving to collect my mobile order too early, with like 5 cars ahead of me though!!!!???? Which brings me to my next point, the blackwood clementon rd drive thru is always at snails pace. They always make my order weak and watery. This location's quality is subpar and noticeably so. The one off hurffville road gets lines that go to the road and still work consistently faster. The staff at blackwood clementon road always have some weird vibes. Stop hiring kids. I don't want Gamestop making me coffee.

3 people working yesterday — absolutely DEAD. Was inside waiting for 20 mins for 2 DRINKS!!! Two male workers that were working between the hours of 3:00 - 3:30 pm LITERALLY noticed we were getting upset waiting for so long — and decided to GO EVEN slower. Slammed our drinks down and gave us such attitude? Were brown so maybe they were racist? Idk. But wouldn’t go here if I were you 😂😂 This is also the same Starbs that had an outbreak for hepatitis
