They never have bbq , ruins my whole order not gon lie …. made me mad today so i had to come write a review. Needs a better inventory specialist
Trying to get the in the car dropped my fries that came with my meal! Went right back in expecting courtesy new fries. Well, no and the cost another $4.00. Meanwhile, I waited 20 minutes to get my food. Spicy Chicken sandwich cold and my original fries were cold.

Made a mobile order at 6:20PM and didn’t get to speak to anyone in the drive thru until 6:37. There was only 1 car in front of me. 2 cars behind me left but I couldn’t because I put in a mobile order and I’m stuck at this point. I seen at least 5 employees in there and I have no clue what the hold up was. I got a 10 piece and a burger. $15 min wage does not seem to be helping with enthusiasm to work. Finally, left at 6:42PM and they didn’t even say sorry for the delay or offer an excuse on the wait.
