I'm going to have to start driving further for a Wendy's because this specific locations night crew cannot get it together to save their lives. Every single time I come to this store or my husband does for me we are usually missing one or more items from our PAID order. This time while I'm pregnant, have been served a raw burger and I was so hungry I wasn't aware until I was a quarter bit into my sandwich. They blamed the equipment rather than their worker in the grill tonight. I'm disappointed I have to drive further now when there's a Wendy's right down the road from me less than 5 minutes and because they constantly mess up and now topped the bad experience with RAW FOOD while I'm pregnant. And I'm not talking a small bit of pink that's mostly cooked, I mean all of it was pinkish red as in undercooked. I will now be heading to a different Wendy's because clementon location is ridiculous and a total hot mess.

The quality and presentation of the food at this location has declined recently. Although the fries were good, the Cinnabon dessert was stale and over heated, causing the edges to be too hard to eat. (I had to throw it away).The classic bacon cheeseburger was put together sloppy with no tomato or lettuce, the bun was stale and the bacon was overcooked and clumped together (not able to eat). It has been this way the past few times I have visited over the past few months and I kept hoping it would be better. The manager and or owner of this location should start being held accountable. Wendy's was the main fast food chain my family and I would like to get to treat ourselves, however I am not sure I will be back anytime soon.

I don’t know who is working here overnight, but they refused to make my food. 5:30 AM on 01/10/2026. It’s always something when I come here with the employees here. Can’t stand lazy people they need to restart the overnight person/crew completely.

I got everything I wanted for 4.25 using the mobile app everything was delicious and just how I wanted it to be. The drink machine had water on the floor that needs to get fixed so that nobody falls. Everything else looks fine and clean.

The past 3 times that I've been here, I have had a bad experience. Mostly with them not having their drinks that I pay extra for on a mobile order. This time it was a breakfast sandwich that was burnt and missing the sauce.

Slow slow slow! If they have a car at the window they’ll make you wait until it leaves to take your order. They can’t handle multiple cars. Management sucks! What happened to the woman manger they use have ?? She had that place up & running! She was great.

Who trains the staff here. Every time you order first item anything else and that repeats for every single item you order like they are rushing you. Then when you get to the window they don't even say a word to you when handing them your card to pay. Only person in line and you still make me pull up to bring out my food order. Hands me my order I say thank you and not even a nod.

I came in for lunch and the lady name ms. Pauline, she took my order. She so nice and always smiling and greeting customers. I love the atmosphere today because it’s nice and peaceful inside the restaurant part where you can sit down with nice calm playing music. Service was great. Thank you ms. PAULINE! Slowest drive thru ever! Waited behind 3 cars for over 15 min only to be told they were out of the new Tendy’s. Left without anything and went to McDonalds where we were through so quickly.
