Always cold fries, got my order wrong 3 times in a row

I gave them a 2 only because the staff were very friendly. I ordered 20 wings with mild sauce, and they told me about 20 minutes.. so I sat down at one of the tables to wait. Like I said, the staff were great! Talking to me like we have known each other for years. Not just me, they greeted every customer who walked in the door in the same manner!! What I did see was a basket of fries, already cooked hanging over the fry pot... I didn't see anything wrong with that, letting extra grease drip off, no problem.. about 15 minutes go by, and it could have been longer because the fries were hanging there when I walked in. They get an order for fries.. I watched the employee take that same basket of fries and put it back down into the grease long enough for them to get reheated! I didn't say anything because I did notice the kitchen area was very clean.. I thought leave it go, it's a training issue. My order is done, and I leave. When I grabbed the bag of wings off my car seat, there was grease all over my seat,and the bottom of the bag was full of grease. When I got in the house and opened the container, there was so much grease in the bottom of the container with little to no sauce. The wing skin was like rubber. They were awful! So my rating is a 2 not for service, but for quality of the food.

Customer service top notch. Talked to Jeffery on the phone- heads up- only way to order with cash is in person. Not a problem. Rolled on in and was greeted by one of the staff when I came in. The staff interactions with customers and themselves seemed positive. Was torn between favors and was able to sample both. I know, right? Tough decisions between 10 wings. Walker was great and recommended Mango Habanero and Hot Honey Rub was recommended and they really delivered. Ordered here once before on Super Bowl Sunday and was also satisfied with that pick up order.

Wings were way overcooked. Half the soda in the machine didn't work. The place just looks dirty. Won't be back!

This was my 2nd time having Wingstop and I was pretty excited about it because the first time the food was amazing but at another location. I should’ve checked the food (ordered mild wings)before driving off…I got home to discover that the wings were plain and dryer than my knee caps! I even tried a bit to see if it was a dry mild sauce and it wasn’t! So I proceeded to call to let them know the situation only to have the phone call answered by a woman who must’ve just got out of jail with all the hostility! I’m telling her what I see in front of me and she’s telling me I don’t see it and finally agreed to have us come back! I honestly was afraid because her ton was so aggressive that she would punch us or do something to our food! I will never go back to this Wingstop! Thug Misses did it for me

Ordered takeout. I showed up at the expected time and had to wait about a half hour to get our food. We got three different types of wings, all of which were meh.

This is the most unprofessional wingstop I've ever been to. The food is mediocre and the staff are a bunch of high kids cursing up a storm who could care less. Ever time I give it a chance, I'm disappointed.
The wings here are mediocre at best, definitely not what I was expecting from a restaurant that specializes in wings. I’ve had far superior wings at pizza parlors. I probably won’t come back here.
