These two thugs need to get fired from their position. Doing a DoorDash order I find this building that is quite confusing, they have an entrance for delivery’s but when you go there they send you through the lobby and after the lobby they send you to that area where the elevator does not work. Since there is so much hostility on the part of these two characters, for my safety I decide to simply leave the order at the front desk. At that moment the old man with glasses reacts aggressively and takes the customer’s stuff and throws it on the floor with rudeness. Then he tries to physically attack me to which I prefer to withdraw from the situation but this person continues with his rude behavior insulting me and approaching with the intention of hitting me. Then the client comes down and confronts and this person only knows how to tell lies saying that I was wrong. But I was never aggressive

A great building to live in! We purchased our condo almost three years ago and we’ve been totally satisfied in every way. The Management, the board, the security, the maintenance, the cleanliness, the landscaping and the upkeep of the building are all top notch! We are thrilled to have the NYC skyline and Hudson River views. We are truly grateful to be part of this community!

Nothing special inside this place a high building..The heat is to kill you in there it blows off so much and they play opera music once you enter the building to screw your nerves..The hallways are narrow without any windows and have some nasty synthetic dark gray carpets on them with some sneaky black zig zag patterns on those dark gray ugly carpets that look so ugly..It seems like a jail like place more than a luxurious place to live..Also to mention is the color of the walls is grayish..In case someone wants to get depressed all they have to do is to take a tour here floor to floor.Oh yes there is NO laundry machine inside the apartments here ,so you will have to deal with dirty hairy washer machines of the floor which is used by the others...I am sure there are other issues too,that is WHY IT IS way better to have a cozy one floor home in Florida than in the cold and expensive New Jersey where people are stuffed in these obnoxious expensive multiple floor buildings..Thanks for your attention and if you like my review please give it a thumbs-up!

We bought in Dec 2021. Building is always kept clean and security, doorman, super always friendly and willing to help. I love the views, amenities and the location. Its just a beautiful place to live. I love taking pictures of the views and I like the new gym on site, Management is well organized and great with finances- they did a good job building that quickly. The pool house looks great too. Anyone that visits loves the building- it’s easy for guests too with the guest parking. Also love that we have our contractor, Freddie Medina on site :)

WINSTON TOWERS DISCRIMINATES IF YOU ARE ASIAN!The 300 Winston Administration wants to hit the Asian community with every grievance, fee they can imagine, without even warning.I was in the COMMUNITY ROOM using the COMMUNITY TV when they even HIDE the remote, so the tenants cannot use it.When everyone was eating and enjoying the space, they decide to let everyone else go; meanwhile they hit the Asian with a $300 fee. None of the other residents were hit with that fee, and also to note, THESE RESIDENTS DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. Guess who did though? The ASIAN.Want to live in a racist building with a racist condo administration?I don't think so.
