A great building to live in! We purchased our condo almost three years ago and we’ve been totally satisfied in every way. The Management, the board, the security, the maintenance, the cleanliness, the landscaping and the upkeep of the building are all top notch! We are thrilled to have the NYC skyline and Hudson River views.
We are truly grateful to be part of this community!

We bought in Dec 2021. Building is always kept clean and security, doorman, super always friendly and willing to help. I love the views, amenities and the location. Its just a beautiful place to live. I love taking pictures of the views and I like the new gym on site, Management is well organized and great with finances- they did a good job building that quickly. The pool house looks great too. Anyone that visits loves the building- it’s easy for guests too with the guest parking....

The staff really are the light of this community. We are new residents, our move thus far has been everything but stressful. Its an absolute pleasure to work with amazing folks. Thank you Winston T community for such a warm welcome!
