Ordered food online and although their website posts they are open until 10:00PM, I got there and it was dark. The manager incredibly would not remake my food the following day, would not refund me, and told me they reached out to uber to refund me. That refund never came.
Outrageous behavior to treat a customer who is not only a neighbor, but probably eats at this establishment at least twice a month. Shameful behavior over $45.

We placed a pickup order through UberEats and drove from West New York to Cliffside Park. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that our order had been canceled. By that time, 20 minutes had already passed since we placed the order.
If they did not have the item available, they could have easily called us to let us know. Instead, we drove all the way there only to find out that the order had been canceled, which was extremely disappointing.
What made the situation worse is that they claimed the order was canceled by us. However, I have an email from UberEats clearly stating that the order was canceled by the restaurant. They also made no effort to resolve the situation in any way.
The dishonesty was especially frustrating and, honestly, quite ridiculous.

I like to come by and eat lunch here because the food is delicious, quickly served, and price is giving. Lunch Menu is now $17 for soup or salad, appetizer, main. I had the lentil soup (could use some more flavor its a bit bland), the hummus was very good (wish they had real warm pita instead of bread ), my Chicken kabob was cooked perfectly (meat was tender and soft).

I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Canan. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She checked on us at the right times, made great recommendations, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming.
Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers really stood out. She made our meal so much better with her warm personality. I would absolutely come back again just because of the wonderful service she provided. Highly recommend!

I’m giving this place 1 star because the owner is extremely rude. I have been ordering and dining at this place since they opened in Edgewater. Been ordering take out since they opened in Cliffside Park. Today, I came to dine at the restaurant for the first time with my friend who is Turkish because the food is great here. BUT!!!! Wow! The owner was a complete jerk. We sat at a table and it was cold so we wanted to switch to a table closer to the heater. He said we can’t bc it seats 6 people. I said, the place is empty, why can’t we sit there. He says, “Because it’s my place and I can do whatever I want, sit at that 4 person table or don’t!” And he walks away. It was great. Great go-to place for turkish food. Everything they have is delightful. And they have an awesome liqour called rakeh I may be spelling it wrong, but thats okay! Add ice to it, and it changes colors! Finally asked what filling they use on the cheese rolls!!! I LOVE THE CHEESE ROLLS WITH HONEY. LOVE LOVE LOVE. They would absolutely be my go-to place if parking was easier. The girl that worked with me.... I forgot her name... Runs around like a cheeta, always moving but always attentive. She is so sweet and lovely!!!! My favorite desserts of today was the kanefeh and baklava. Always loved them both. They are home-made desserts. Absolutely Divine. Will be coming by again soon. If I am lucky with parking.
There is a blonde waitress, a lady with glasses. Every time I go, she gets very nervous. I think she doesn't like her job. If you don't want to be tense at the restaurant you go to for dinner, don't go.
