this review isn’t about the food but the staff! i love the staff here so muchhhh, my friends and i come with my friends almost every morning before school with my friends. during christmas we came to give them chocolate bars for their great service, they’ve given us countless discounts and free things!! love you guys?

Just left the place. It is very dirty. The stuff is unprofessional. I walked in to grab my online order. The guy was about to go on brake, when he saw me, he took his dirty bagpack off and put it on the surface, where they prepare food for customers and started making ham and swiss stuffers. Thanks god he put on at least one glove. He didn’t even change parchment paper from previous orders. Do not go there. By the way the stuffers were burned.

Very racist or at least unprofessional staff. My friend and I were waiting to be attended, and they ladies just stood there STARING AT US, and never attended us. I had to repeat myself 3 times that i wanted an ice coffee, and she didn't understand??? The other lady was on her phone talking to who knows what. Why work as a cashier if you dont want to speak to people?
Store is always clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Bagels and coffee are always fresh. Stop here most mornings on my way to work.
