The appetizers were delicious. The service was excellent. The main courses were also tasty. Cozy place. Very small and weekend very noisy because live music is very loud. But great experience.

Too expensive for the amount of food served. It is really!
Sitting is not comfortable. Table and bench heights don't match. But, appetizers were good. Again, very small portions.

Great place to eat Turkish food. Service is excellent & atmosphere is very nice: casual & friendly. Lots of tapas to choose from. Lamb dish is tender & baklava is superb. There’s live entertainment on the weekends. Sometimes one of the guests will be playing a clarinet or a guitar while eating. Lol. Lots of local Turkish people eat in this place. They started as a tiny restaurant & they have expanded to the one next door.

We love coming here! amazing ambiance and the food is so delicious. We were just in Istanbul and I can now confidently say the food here is just as good.

Absolutely terrible experience. The portions were ridiculously small, the service was beyond disappointing, and the prices were outrageously high for what you get. Staff was inattentive and rude. This place is a completely horrible and I honestly regret spending a single dollar here. Do yourself stay far away! I will never, ever come back.

We came here as a group of five today, and honestly, the portions are extremely small. We ordered cheese as a starter, and considering the price, we only received two tiny pieces — that’s absolutely outrageous. You can try the fish, but don’t expect good service or generous portions. Even though we got wet, they didn’t offer us anything, which was truly disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

We came here with our friends. We received the menu 10 minutes after sitting down, and the waitress always looked annoyed and never checked on our table, which was really frustrating. The mezes were not bad — if you come here, you should definitely try the calamari and fish. It was raining, and it started to rain even harder, but they didn’t even offer to move our table inside. Overall, I’d say it was average, but we definitely won’t be back.

Paid extra for feta for two salads, they didn’t give us any feta when we unpacked the order. The rice pudding was so watery it wasn’t good. Threw it out

Stopped by here in search of kokorecs, a street food I fell in love with in Istanbul. They're one of the few places that have it in NYC. It wasn't exactly how I remembered, I had it on these cheap hoagie rolls, this was a more artisanal bread. It was still tasty and I enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Aferin, Bravo.
