I wish I could give a higher rating given that this is one of the higher rated Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Tldr: good food, small portions. The portions are small, one skewer of adana will cost you over $20. The only way you'd get full is by eating the pita it comes with. We ordered appetizer (labne) and that helped fill us up because it's thick and yogurt based. The salad is great too. I know because I found myself going for seconds. In terms of flavor, I can't complain. We are pretty adventurous with food so we tried the lamb liver. I highly recommend trying this out. Savor the flavor. If we ever come back, I'd try the other exotic specialties like heart, tongue, ovaries. Communication was challenging because server doesn't speak English. You'll likely have to research what the dishes are on your own, or rely on photos here. The place is small, but they made very efficient use of the space. So much so that we had to move our table so I can go in and out of my seat.

Kebabs were good. I can say that the appetizers are average. What bothers me the most is that for the last 2 times, the waiter has been adding toppings without asking us. The previous time he added 30%, the last time he added 27%. This situation absolutely needs to be corrected.Edit: Based on your comment, we were 5 people. The previous time we were 3 people. We know the rules. I think it would be good to warn you, but of course it's your decision.

Nice and cozy little restaurant byob, greatappetizers, lebni, beef and calf’s liver, babaganoush and a hot hummus with pastourma that is OFF THE CHARTS!!Lamb kebab succulent and tender, Adana kebab just as good and the Shrimp dish was delicious!!I definitely recommend this place!!

I’ve always enjoyed coming here but last visit I was charged $480 including tip For 4 peoplesThey had prefix menu what something we weren’t told about upon making the reservation.The prefix menu contained 2 appetizers per person which is hummus or eggplant. And we had try of mixed bbq that included 2 shish kebab, 2 chicken kababs and 4 kufta that’s was it no drinks since is BOB.I was surprised how come that place very slow but after leaving no surprise why he’s not getting anymore business.I would definitely not go back and find alternatives since cliffside park is full of Turkish restaurants.Highly not recommended

When I first visited this restaurant, I liked the taste of the food and the service of the staff, but when I visited there again a few days ago, the taste of the food was worse than before, and the staff did not know how to speak English, so I had difficulty ordering. Another employee helped me to finish my order.

The food was very well made and tasty. We all had the kebobs and tried the flavored hummus. The resturant is small and welcoming for a leisurely night out to eat with friends. It's a BYOB so you can drink what you like with your meal. We went when they had live music and it was fun to watch the singer play authentic turkish music. Photos next time we go back.
