I ordered two large pizzas for pickup this evening. When I arrived at the store, I politely asked if I could have crushed red pepper packets, which are commonly provided free of charge at many pizza restaurants. I was told that the small packets would cost $1 each. While the price itself was not the issue, when I mentioned that I would check with customer service to confirm, the employee began yelling at me and said, “Do whatever you want,” in an aggressive and dismissive manner.
I was extremely shocked and frightened by this response. I left the store feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. Because of this incident, I did not even want to eat the food. By the time my family opened the pizza at home, it was completely cold. Additionally, I had paid extra for pineapple toppings, but there were only one or two small pieces on the entire pizza.
As a result of this interaction, our family dinner was completely ruined.
To be very clear, this complaint is not about whether the pepper packets cost $1 or $2. It is about the fact that a customer was yelled at for asking a simple question. That kind of behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances.
The employee identified himself as “Mike.” I sincerely request that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken, whether through proper retraining or disciplinary measures, to ensure that no other customer is treated this way in the future.
I have no intention of returning to this location due to this experience. If you need any additional details, I am more than willing to provide them.
This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope you will address it accordingly.

On Sunday, I bought two large pizzas with extra cheese and one with extra pineapple. The bill came to $34. What we received was two pizzas with just plain dough, no toppings. Unfortunately, given the distance from home and the hungry children, I couldn't return the order, and I couldn't take a photo. But I find it unconscionable on the part of the employees to deliver it in such a condition, if they already saw that the order went wrong.

Recently ordered vs going to another location..... The crust is about 3 inches wide for basic, while the average is about an inch. all their worker sweating with no gloves. disgusting, please close up like the first location.

I've been a loyal customer, ordering from this place over 20 times, and I finally earned a $20 reward through the app. I decided to use it to order a Hawaiian Chicken pizza with Epic Stuffed Crust, but what I received was completely wrong—no chicken, no Epic Stuffed Crust, and not even the BBQ sauce.
To make things worse, when I tried to address the issue, the staff wasn’t even paying attention. If you can’t hear your customers, maybe TAKE THE AIRPODS OFF. This experience was beyond disappointing, and honestly, I’m done with this place.
The owner used to be nice, but now it feels like whoever owns the place is forcing their family to work there.
