Food is great here ! Writing a review bc of the inconsistencies in their hours of service . Just make sure you don’t follow Google it says they close at 9 but when I showed up at 8:32 in Cliffside park and they said they close at 8:30 for dine in and only do take out orders ! Bummer and parking is tough here ! Just make sure you go very early or call incase they switch the times on you .

It's been a while since I wanted to eat Pho, so I looked for the place with the highest rating nearby and it was called Saigon Bistro, so I went there. I went for lunch on New Year's Day, and there was only one seat left and it was full of people.
Usually, pho restaurants have tons of menus, but I liked Saigon Bistro because it only had simple, delicious menu items with pictures on the menu. I ordered one bowl of regular pho and one bowl of spicy lemon grass pho, and the food came out quickly. The soup was clean and the quantity was really large, and while we were eating, there were a lot of take-out and delivery orders, and there were a lot of new customers coming in as well.
In particular, the staff is very friendly and attentive, so I think I'll go here again next time I want to eat pho. There seems to be a reason for the high rating!!

10/10 deliciousness!!!!! I’m very particular with my Vietnamese food, especially being blessed with all the great restaurants in Toronto and this place nailed it. The beef pho with beef balls, the chicken vermicelli and fried spring rolls with the lettuce and pickled carrots and daikon to wrap was FAAAANTASTIC.
They’ve only been open for 2 years, family owned business and the owner, Danny is so wholesome and nice.
My only request and maybe it’ll be a secret item, BUN BO HUE!! 😍😍😍
For Bergen County area, this is the best authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Spring roll totally crispy and not like American spring roll thick and doughie. Summer roll totally fresh. Sugarcane shrimp totally awesome and the Pho is really good. Place is small for accompanying a few tables, but it's the best in Bergen County and reasonable price..
