If you want tea 10 times. All incoming teas will come in the same glass. 😂😂
What I mean is that the tea cup is not changed. I find it a little strange that it is given in the same glass and I think it is not right.

Has the pastry chef changed recently? The last two cakes I bought turned out stale. The strawberry was dying inside. The cream was very bad. There used to be home style cream, now there is sugar cream. I bought a mini tart, the cream inside is terrible. What happened to the cakes we love to eat?

They always have fresh products and good stuff. I like the way they serve food and keep eye on our tea, coffee and juice. I love the borek and baklava. They have very friendly employees. You are in the neighborhood you definitely got to visit.

I prefer to write in Turkish! I bought cake and eclairs, unfortunately they were both stale. Now, do not say that our product is fresh, I am adding the photos. I had bought a loaf of bread before and it was moldy inside, so I thought it might be a bad thing, but I didn't want to remain silent when the product was stale in this second purchase. Selling stale products is extremely dangerous for human health, so it would be beneficial if you frequently check and review the products on your shelves!
Based on your answer.
First of all, I don't know you and I'm not trying to denigrate your shop. If you look at the color of the banana on the cake and the shape of the strawberries inside, you will see that it was not made yesterday. Also, I am skilled enough to distinguish between stale and fresh products. With the amount you will refund to me, you can increase product tracking and try not to sell products whose shelf life has expired. Just because I said you have stale products, you don't need to blindly defend yourself unfairly. If you had accepted that the product was stale and apologized, you would have removed this comment and prevented a Turkish business from being noticed with bad comments, but unfortunately you are just trying to make me look like a liar, knowing your mistake.

First time we get pastries. I was very disappointed with the quality. They were soggy and the filling just didn't make the cut.

I bought eclairs and profiteroles for my guests today but no one ate them, they were stale and dry. I am very sad that both the money I paid and my guests did not like them. I will not shop again.

Extremely expensive and with more inflation coming … forget about it

I regret that I cannot give a good review. The carrot cake and cheese cake we bought were not fresh. If I were to evaluate as a pastry chef, the cream of the carrot cake was stale and rancid.
I purchased pogaca, simit, cheesecake, and carrot cake and strawberry cake today. Unfortunately, the carrot cake and cheesecake did not taste fresh at all. In fact, they tasted sour. I spent over 50$ on products that were clearly past their prime. I understand that dairy-based products have a shorter shelf life than non-dairy items, but this does not excuse serving substandard food. I recommend that you taste your own products and maintain higher quality standards. Have a good day

Food is good. Usual turkish breakfast but the price is outrageous. It’s just a breakfast. I’ve read the other comments about the tea’s price and they had explained how they make the tea as if it’s a rocket science. Come on, it’s just a tea! A large tea for +$4? I can’t find anything to say other than this. Never come back again!
