Very disappointed, went last night . Service was not good . Waited over 20 minutes for coffee and dessert . Felt ignore . Food was also disappointing. Salad was drenched in salad dressing . Pasta was overcooked. Penna all vodka lacked flavor. Guess going on the weekend is out . Much better service early in week when no one is there .

Delicious, and great service

Appetizers were delicious along with the main course. The service was excellent. Two people in our party had some food allergies and there meals were made separately.

Very good, great, dinner and dessert, top notch. However, the simplest of mixed drinks can not be made. I was told they didn't know how to make a rum punch. I also didn't like the room I was seated in. It was like a big, bland, depressing space. That horrible room is the only reason why I won't return. If you can overlook that, definitely try it.

Expensive but worth it. Good place to celebrate an occasion. Not a place for nothing to do. A sport jacket is incouraged.

Went to a memorial service there and it was tastefully done. The service was excellent as was the food.

The food was very good and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The only disappointment was that we had requested (through Open Table) to sit in the smaller prettier room with the piano and big glass window. Instead, we were seated in the big bland unattractive room pressed up against the back wall. It kind of took away from the experience.

Food is delicious

The place was very nice. Service was not the best that I have seen for a holiday dinner. One of our dishes was not so great and they took it off the bill which was great. Allso, we were not informed that there would be a charge for soda refills.

This use to be my family's go to spot. As we were visiting relatives for the holiday, we booked the reservation for New Years several Months ahead. When we arrived, we had been placed in the lackluster room not the pretty glass view with a Christmas wreath decoration, no pretty lights like the other room. Our server started great as we arrived by 445 so it was calm. It got busy and they loaded the tables by us instead of spreading out arrivals. We then got lost on his radar. The shrimp on one plate we ordered tasted like iodine, the other shrimp dish great. However it took us full meal to see waiter again so we all ate by time we returned bad plate. It was not removed from check so we had to ask. We also were not told drink refills for soda were being charged and the serv kept brining them - $42 in soda- they should tell you. When we left we saw decorations for new years everywhere else but room we were in. Just disappointing for that price.

I attended an event at Villa Amalfi a week ago. My wife, son, and I are all vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian over 30 years. I have NEVER had a problem ordering a vegetarian replacement dinner, even when travelling internationally, until this event. The appetizers were all meat with the exception of the salad. When it was time to order the entree we were given the choice of steak, chicken, or salmon. Originally the woman taking out order stated that there was risotto. However, she returned and stated that wasn't true. She asked if I wanted to order a la carte. I asked what they had and she just listed meat items. I said that's the same as what I didn't order originally. She then offered some steamed vegetables. I passed but my wife went with that. What she received covered 1/4 of the plate. It was truly pathetic. We will never frequent this restaurant again.

I absolutely love this restaurant, and I am a frequent patron. The food is always exceptional and the staff is congenial and welcoming.

My friend had the “special” pasta with pumpkin and sausage. It was awful - chunks of pumpkin with store bought rotini spiral pasta and crumbled sausage. I had osso buco - very small portion at $44.00. My husband had seafood maraciada - seafood was not fresh. My carpaccio app was sliced beef that was still partially frozen when served. Our other friend has calves liver which he enjoyed. Too bad - we used to like going there.

Awesome presentation and dinner ? our 2023 mayoral community event ?

I couldn't wait to get home and write my review of Villa Amalfi. I've eaten there many times in the past but tonight's experience was extraordinary. It's a Tuesday night so they weren't very busy but they should be. I don't think you can go to a finer restaurant with better ambience and food anywhere in the area at this price. I started off with a special appetizer, mushroom stuffed with crabmeat and they really were stuffed with crabmeat. Main dish was a very meaty delicious short rib with fresh pasta. The pasta itself soaked up the sauce and had a bite and feel very different from ordinary dry pasta. Their brand is from a bakery in Patterson that is not available retail and I just ate piece after piece because of its wonderful taste and crunchy crust. There is quite a broad selection of desserts and the apple pie I chose hit the spot. I recommend this restaurant without qualification
