My first time there and what a great experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they all had a smile and treated me like I was the only customer. The BLT sub was made perfect. The Manager Paul is a great guy and the gentlemen Cooper that waited on me should be promoted. Thank you guys

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order for delivery through the Jersey Mikes app on 11/11. When delivered, half my order was missing and the chips I ordered were expired. I ended up having to go to the restaurant after work and exchange the expired chips as well as pick up what was missing from my order. EVERY single bag of chips out for sale had been expired for at least a month. The employee had to go to the back to get me a fresh bag.
I reached out to online customer service regarding these issues. They have not answered my numerous emails from 11/11. Poor customer service at every turn.
We love jersey mikes and this location is especially good! It’s clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. One even went out of his way to help accommodate our family. Jersey Mikes is consistently fresh and delicious- you always know you are going to get a fresh sub on soft fresh bread
