The service was great, but just got a $18 sub and it had hardly any meat on it. you are better off going to Middletown if you want Jersey Mike or just go to D A subs down the block

$11 for a regular sub with no meat place is a rip off asked them to put a little more meat on sandwich which literally had 5 slices on regular sub and was charged even more money. This chain is becoming a joke with prices which I don't mind paying if the sandwich had a little meat on them.

Nope. I love Jersey Mikes, it's been my go-to for years up and down the eastern seaboard. I was so happy when this location opened up so close to my home. It used to be great, but it now is a huge miss, especially on the mobile app. They just can't get it together for some reason. We never receive anything on the side when we ask (cherry pepper relish, or pickles), Extra lettuce or tomato is never on the sandwich; there is no attention to detail. The gluten free bread is stale more often than it's fresh. Biting into hard stale bread is NOT GOOD. We received an order a few weeks ago where the subs were completely mixed up and had to drive back to get them corrected. No apology, nothing extra tossed in. They took the incorrect subs back and tossed them in the garbage. When I asked if we could keep them they said that's not policy, and they gave us the corrected ones for free... No, they were not free my friend, they were replacements for the ones that we paid for. We are going to go to a different Jersey Mikes from now on.

Inaccurate times. Place shuts 15 minute earlier than normal…dissapointing. Arrived at 8:45 and door was shut despite closing time of 9:00 pm

Jersey Mike's is one of the best sub shop's. I normally get their number 7 Turkey and Cheese sub but it was cold out and wanted something warm. I got Jersey Mike's Chicken Philly Cheese Sub. It was fantastic. Great flavor!!! Perfectly put together with peppers and onions. The American Cheese was melted right into the bread. I had to slow down in order not to eat the whole sandwich in two bites. Delicious!!! This location is clean and managed well. Friendly and welcoming.Parking: Free parking big lotWheelchair accessibility: First level. I didn't see any barriers

Always get it Mikes way! If I am home in Charlotte, NC or NJ hometown, Aberdeen, aka, "Cliffwood Beach", Jersey Mikes always keeps it fresh and consistantly, flavor town!

I was in the mood for a cheesesteak and needed to bring dinner home quick before my husband had to leave. This is a go to place for us for the best sandwiches. My favorite part is that they cut the cold cuts to order. It's fresh. I have also seen towards the back the employees preparing fresh veggie by slicing in up in store. I have read others complain about price but I would pay a little more for something that is fresh and not preserved in a container and shipped to the store. The bread is also baked fresh in the store. This visit I feel like the cheesesteak was much better on a fresh and very soft roll. I ordered one chicken and one steak sandwich. The meat for those sandwiches were also cooked to order on the grill. I didn't mind waiting a little longer for that. The employees are always very nice and greet you when you walk in. This location is great and always come back because of the quality of the food and great staff.
