Somebody gotta get Mr. Joe to come get this place in check lol…the employees slap the food together like they dont care & the bagels aren’t even fresh. If you live in New Jersey/New York you know this isn’t up to our bagel standards. My bagel tasted like it was another day’s leftover, Somebody tell Joe..

I order online through Uber and I didn't receive my full order- or the 2 sides I ordered- when I called they said to call uber- I wasn't ubers fault. The lady just said there's nothing I can do about it. Also didn't follow the extra instructions.

This is the third time in a row that this location has messed up my order. This morning I made a very simple order. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. Is this a huge deal? No, but I want what I asked and paid for. I called them back just to give them a heads up that they did NOT complete my order as asked and why did I do that? The woman who answered couldn’t be bothered and simply said “ok.” No apology, nothing. The atmosphere could improve as well. There is literally one woman (please forgive me but a little older) that is super sweet and always greets you. She usually wear her hair tied up. Everyone else there acts as if you’re bothering them. I really can’t give them a fourth chance. It sucks because they are on my way to work.

Go to Bagel Factory an WAY better and nearby option also Atlantic Bagel or Bagel Station in Red Bank!!!!!!! Really disappointed I live nearby and order a bacon egg and cheese on a wrap and received not even one egg no cheese and one piece of bacon for $9 THEE WORST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!

Food is so gross. Overall, bagel tasted very plain and the pork roll tastes very raw and plastic-ish. Don’t think they’ve ever used salt and pepper before… expensive too. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since it opened.

Sad bagels and sad service for being well above the bagel-biscuit line. Nothing outright horrible but there’s probably better options around.

I’m sorry, but the place is filthy and it skeeved me out so bad I threw out almost my entire meal and left. I had some time to kill so I figured I’d sit down and eat, well they left the door open to the back room (assuming kitchen/storage/prep) and I was horrified… it looked like a health hazard. After that realization, I started really looking around and the place is absolutely dirty… it looks like it hasn’t actually been mopped in months, build up and dirt all over the counters that are used by customers, tables that look like they’ve never been wiped down. This is all by the back seating btw. I also went to use the bathroom and immediately walked out and gagged at the site of it. The entire fridge in the front is out of commission and it seems like it’s just being used for storage now, the staff seems uninterested and not very helpful and before throwing out 75%, it wasn’t very good to begin with. Lastly, how is a buttered bagel, a turkey club and two juices $23… in what world.
