Lazy staff…no professional behavior
By far, my favorite Wingstop! The workers are pleasant and the wings slap!

I was just there and this place is horrible. Charged me for more food then I asked. Then gave me less food then I paid for. Then gave me the wrong dipping sauce and the got nasty when I had something to say about it. That whole shift needs to be fired

Worse place I have ever been too in my life. I'm a delivery driver and the woman has the nerve to tell me I can't use the bathroom. I hope you go out of business.

There is no wonder why the reviews are so low. Time after time I order from here since they opened. Originally I thought it was because this was a new location, but no. Time after time they over cook and dry out the food and completely screw up the orders. Where is the supervision? Shameful! Makes me not want to try any other Wing Stop. Then if you call back they hang up on you. And when you go there after a mistake they seem to act like it’s your fault. I don’t know if all Wing-stops are like this, but this is a poor representation of the company.

Worst Customer Service Ever – Very Disrespectful Staff
I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful — like she was being forced to work there and customers were just an inconvenience. She didn’t even greet properly, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about my order, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered.
The people working inside the kitchen weren’t any better. They were laughing loudly, shouting across the store, and not taking their job seriously. One of them even ignored me completely when I tried to ask for a sauce that was missing. It felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me, which is ridiculous.
Honestly, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you don’t like working with customers, you shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a food place. Won’t be coming back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they seriously improve their staff’s attitude.

On July 4th, I went to this Wingstop (near Sandy Hook Beach) after spending some time at the beach. I was wearing the top part of my swimsuit and casual Pantaloons — nothing inappropriate at all — but they refused to serve me because of what I was wearing.
I found it very uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since this location is close to a beach and it’s completely normal to wear beach attire nearby.
I understand if there’s a dress code, but they should clearly post that policy or at least handle the situation with more kindness and professionalism

Absolutely atrocious management and very disrespectful staff to customers I will never spend money here I refuse to spend another dollar here which is a shame bc the next wing stop is East Brunswick but I can’t take the disrespect I hope majority of people see this and discontinue eating at this dump….
