Just trust the other 1 star reviews. Service is beyond bad. Employees show little care about anything every time ive been there. Employees come out of the back tell the 15 people waiting for food for more than 45 minutes "it's gonna be a bit" then go hide in the back. I could go on but to cut it short just trust the other low reviews.

worst wing stop ever. waited over an hour for 12 WINGS!!! staff wasn’t very accommodating or nice. some guy placed his order at 4 and at 6 o’clock he STILL DIDNT HAVE IT! do not come here if you don’t wanna wait an hour plus.

The food is good but portions can be inconsistent. Prices are decent for the value. The company needs to improve the quality of the paper bags, and the bags shouldn't be filled so much as they often rip. I left the store recently and the bag busted about 10 steps from the door (even while holding it from the bottom). I had to go back in and ask for a remake which they weren't happy about, and wait another 20 minutes.

Kicked me and a group of my friends out for “hanging out” FOR NO REASON. We were in the establishment for about 2 minutes, waiting for one of my friends to look at the menu and decide what he was ordering. The rude worker came and asked us if we are ordering food , we politely told her no and said our friend was deciding on what he was ordering. She then told us we can wait outside if we were not ordering food. We were honestly so baffled by her demand, and we asked why. She said because “we left a mess last time we were there”, yet me and my friends NEVER been to this location. She then fought with us when we questioned her and explained we never dined there before. And then THREATENED to call the cops on us for not getting out. I genuinely cannot describe how bizzare and unreal the experience was. I would give a negative star rating if I could . That worker deserves to be fired and management should be ashamed. It was actually the most insane experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

Ordered 25 wings through Uber eats, only got 15. When I called about it I was directed to the eatontown location for some reason. When I went in person the staff was rude and refused to correct the mistake (I will say the eatontown manager was more than willing to correct the mistake when I thought I was calling the right store though, shout-out to her). The foods ok but costs WAY to much to be making a mistake like that. I won't be ordering from this location again.
Kids said the smelled horrible. After finally deciding on 3 meals which would've been close to $40 i was informed they don't accept bills over $20. This is a disgrace. Needless to say we didn't get chicken ☺️

Came here on 9/29/24 for dinner with my husband for takeout. Woman at the counter was rude and kept messing up our order. She didn’t put the sandwich in our order at all. Bag was completely soaked in ranch dressing and my six piece wings only contained five wings, one of them very chewy and gross. Awful service. Never coming here again! Avoid at all costs!

The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. Also its not the first time! I gave them 3 chances because I like the food , but will never ever go again! Time and time again they are dysfunctional, rude, and uncaring of the customers and will never get another dime from me again!!!! Also I tried to order ahead and the order came out to 58 dollars and they said I have to pay with card . I told them I could give them my number for security to make sure they are covered ; but that i wanted to pay cash when I get there. They told me I cannot and were rude about it when I said that is ridiculous. They have no clue how to treat customers! I am a barber and I am in the customer service industry and they should be shut down! Absolutely horrible customer service!! !

Went here with my husband last night to get some take out for dinner. The cashier was very rude, unpleasant and acted like we were burdening her. I had to tell her five times I wanted mild wings. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with wings and fries, never received the sandwich. The cashier didn’t even bother putting it into the order. The entire bag was covered in blue cheese because it wasn’t even sealed up. This place needs to be shut down and condemned.
