If I could give it no stars I would. First of all this was an uber eats order. It was switched to three different drivers I assume because it was taking to long to prepare as I watched them switch at the physical location. After the third driver took my order it arrived in the respectable time frame. When I got my order opened it up I noticed they had threw my corn on its side no big deal I ordered a 20 piece classic 5pc corn and side cheese fries. The 20 piece WAS ALL DRUMSTICKS BURNT AND WAY BEYOND OVER COOKED. I’m applauded. Specially being drum sticks are the cheapest option with bone in wing I always get flags I didn’t have the option to order just flats. I immediately went to customer support with a photo and immediately was told I was not eligible for refund. No problem so here’s the review. I will never ever in my life order from this location again. And yes that means in person too because the fact you could treat your online customers like that shows me you genuinely don’t care. You knew what you were doing giving me 20DRUM STICKS. THATS HORRIBLE. NONE THE LESS COMPLETELY OVER COOKED. Its all good lessened learned and I hope this helps someone else in the future. Also asked for no seasoning on corn. LOADED WITH SEASONING not edible. Total L ?

This place is great! I ordered delivery and pickup a few times. It’s unfortunate that there are so many mixed reviews. I found the staff really friendly and my order is always fresh. They even threw in two extra boneless wings when I ordered last time.

Cashier was very professional but seems to be scared of the rude manager on duty, she needs to be replaced. Even if the i ordered incorrectly there is a way to talk to customers. The whole staff seems to be afraid of her. There is away to be stern and not ghetto as the manager you have working in the Aberdeen/ Cliffwood store. Please change that manager before the store loses all of its customers

I've gone to this wingstop location often. My favorite are the thighs and tenders but i also love the wings.Everyone I have dealt with there have been extremely polite especially Diamond, Kecia and Angela. Definitely a go to place for fast food!

I do uber eats pt, I got the vibe first time in to stay away and avoid this business, but went against instinct and accepted an order a night or two ago...what a nightmare....every customer while I was in there was yelled at, not spoken to as an appreciated customer..the loud mouth in front actually told another driver don't complain to me you signed up for the job, what the hell kind of discussion is that..I have never been so turned off by a business I will never accept an order from that store..the estimated trip time was supposed to be 13 min, they delayed and trip took 28 minutes to deliver...disgraceful place

The whole staff needs to be replaced. From the rude manager down to the guy with the face tattoos and terrible attitude. They’re constantly cursing at customers and getting orders wrong. When you try to get it resolved, the manager accuses you of lying. I went in today and the girl was cooking while talking on the phone. Please change the whole staff before the store loses all of its customers

Ordered food at 10:30pm, restaurant is listed open until 12:00am. The employees apparently didn't feel like working so they waited the clock out the entire 90 minutes with us waiting there until we had no choice but to cancel our order. I dont recommend attempting food for this location.

An uncomfortable atmosphere, I had to wait for my order for almost an hour, and the extremely awful attention that I inquired about my order two times and only the staff knew how to claim that they were already going to do it but giving me bad attention, and when I checked my order it’s wrong. I haven't had any issues at other Wingstop locations, but I don't suggest this one because they don't provide decent customer service.

Worst customer service experience especially when you're Picking up for uber eats. went in to pick up a delivery for uber eats order asked the girl at the counter that I'm picking up for uber eats she asked for the name and I told her I wasn't sure how to pronounce the name and showed her my phone and her reply was I don't read phones she refused to help with my uber eats order her and the other employee working there both rudeand unfriendly to customers. I had to cancel the uber oder because of poor customer service experience. And i should've said first that when I was standing there for 20 min for someone to help me , i said out loud excuse me do you have a order for uber , then some guy with tear drop tattoos told me to wait, in a very nasty way like he tried to scare ? me. Then the other miserable lady was nasty to me. The owners she fire everone one of them that work there.... If not gonna lose the business one day. . ?
