My family waited over 2 hours to be seated at Applebee’s in Clifton, NJ. Then, we saw 3 tables who arrived after us get served before we even got our food! The manager only offered a dessert and $14 off a $100 bill. This is unacceptable! We want a refund or proper compensation for the terrible service. @Applebees, please make this right!

As an usual Apple bee’s customer, I felt very disappointed it with the customer services, they came to us with a bad attitude, also told us to take the table we want without sending us to a specific one just to end changing us, the girl who assisted us in the first moment was completely rude and it was even my birthday, I felt very offended the entire night, first time in this one and never back!.

Went here on Sunday night with my family for some food at 9:30 pm to be exact after snow had stopped. Upon arriving to the entrance was reseived not politely (the face says it all) by my waitress Paola. L once we got seated we requested a kids menu to which we were told, there was no kids menus left. During the time we were ordering food waitress seemed to be in a rush, not letting us finish ordering for my son for who. We requested a kids menu, we had to call the waitress back to which (again face says it all) in my opinion if you didnt want to work, stay home! Though the rude attitude is managed to keep cool, as I was there to enjoy with my family. 30 min after receiving food after I had ordered a drink, waitress said last call was 10 min we are talking about maybe 10:15 pm since waiter would not check back on us waited till she saw me to ask if I could still order more wings to which her answer was, no last call was 10 min ago. Even though I would still see waiters come out and say last call 10 min every 5 min.

A word of advise, if you are planing to close early, please !! Let your customer know, and don't give them a sour attitude bad attitude face even so at the end we still left a 20% tip. would of left more like I always do anywhere else but I honesty belive the service deserved 0$ tip for making us feel unwanted and rushed to finish eating. Not to say we where never told place was closing early when it normally closes at 1am

Usually my favorite spot to eat, but the server Victor P made it bad for me. Was kicking out me and my friends while we were eating!! crazy bcs it was only our table and the rest were eating at their own pace.

Called about having takeout/dining , in the OUTDOOR patio with a dog , and small family. not from around this NJ area so needed a place to eat before heading back home , only place around with outdoor seating in this warmer winter day. Was denied, they asked if my dog was a service animal or emotional support , which I replied she is an emotional support animal, then talked to someone else on the phone; that was not accommodating about the situation, told me that I need bring in “paperwork, my love” for service animals. First of all that is not legal to ask for any form of paperwork or certification that an animal is a service animal. Second of all don’t call me “my love” when you’re not accommodating and plain dumb about the law. Very stupid. Wasn’t even asking to sit inside. Just outside at the patio. Very disappointed, plus it’s a warmer day.

Not sure if I am judging this place right or wrong considering we went between Christmas and new years and the place was very busy. Everything was just OK, average food, average service and average prices.

The place was not as clean as it should have been.
Food was served cold.
Parking was a nightmare, drove around for 15 minutes!
Handicap parking- i didn't see any .
Wheelchair friendly- nope
Groups of people cursing up a storm very loudly
Never order Ice Cream or any derivative of it. It was bed we found out the next day !
The food would have been good if it was hot.
In essence, I won't or anyone from our party will be returning. To many restaurants in that area.
Just keep driving.

Please train your staff properly. Today I took my wife to eat and waited to be seated. We were completely ignored by the hostess at the door. She could've at least acknowledge our presence. I left dejected and headed to Nutley diner. This is what happens when you hire kids who could care less about their job or the business they represent.
