The interior design is absolutely stunning! Very modern and chic. There are a decent amount of options to choose from the menu. Mocktail presentations are so cool and pretty, and the food portions are pretty good. Appetizers and main dishes are delicious! This place has very nice seating areas and cute spots to take pictures. Only note I have is the waiting time to order and receive the food. However, this was such a cool experience for a bachelorette dinner celebration, I do recommend this place.

MICAELA has to be the best server in this restaurant. She is so attentive, she is a fantastic server that I have been lucky to have multiple times during multiple visits. Went here on Sunday with our family for brunch and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. The food and ambiance no doubt is nice but the service and rigid attitude of the staff is very inhospitable. When we made the reservation they were so warm about accommodating our needs and telling us we did not need to take the Turkish breakfast. When we went there we were told throughout the entire brunch that it only comes with the breakfast package. We were 12 people so getting Turkish breakfast same items for 12 people did not make sense so we did a la carte. We spent more than we would have in the unlimited breakfast package but yet they did not accommodate us. Drinks here also are expensive and they don’t give tap water only bottled water which even Michelin Stars don’t do.
We asked for Turkish bread and i don’t understand a Turkish restaurant with no Turkish bread or a pot of tea. Both things we were willing to pay for they said not possible. We ordered many menemen egg dishes and yet they said we do not serve our eggs with bread so they charged us extra for pita. I have lived in Bergen County for 30+ years and in multiple Turkish restaurants never been charged for pita bread specifically on a big bill. I honestly found it so cheap.
I even wanted just wanted one scrambled egg for my breakfast 1.5 year old son they refused and said we have to order the adult portion. Again, everything is a no. I would never return just due to the lack of hospitality and warmth. The servers don’t smile they don’t greet you and i should have listened to the other reviews which also mention the lack of service. Sad to say this as the place itself is pretty.

When we asked for lavaash we were told “there is no code in your system” and it is only offered as part of the Turkish Breakfast
When we asked for Tea Pots for the table as waiting for multiple teas seemed to take time we were told tea pots were not possible as they are only provided with the Turkish Breakfast
I would never expect anything complimentary however, scrambling ONE egg for a baby and charging me for it would be completely appreciated as a customer. I was willing to pay.
I did not even mention our dessert was brought out to us and told us our hot beverages were forgotten to be entered. Again, the waitress did apologize so I understood this.
Also, by flexibility i meant the unlimited breakfast package was 35$ a head which includes unlimited bread/eggs/cheese etc and yet we could be not be given breads with our eggs.

Aura Lounge was such a great experience! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy. I especially want to praise our server Vildan, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. Recommended by a friend. It’s a spacious restaurant with beautiful ambience. The food however is quite expensive and the portions average. Entrées of chicken and lamb each w/ lemonades and a kids chicken finger with soufflé can end up close to 160$. Could be lower imo.

The guy on the phone lied to us and told us they were serving hookah tonight after 8pm. My wife & I drove 45 minutes for them to tell us that they are not serving hookah because the town fined them. I was very frustrated because they lied to get us in the door. The manager decided to put us in the private room so we can smoke & than forgot about us!!! We sat there for 45 min to be served!! My wife ordered the shish tawook and I ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich. The chicken was UNDER cooked it was so disgusting & they forgot to put my wife’s order in. 45 minutes later they apologized and replaced the ordered. Once her order came out, the chicken again was UNDER cooked!! It was basically raw so disgusting
Beautiful restaurant however this place will go out of business quickly if they don’t get their act together. I have never had an experience like this in my life. Everyone seemed so incompetent and lost and this is on a Monday night when they were slow. I can’t imagine how they run the business when it’s busy and I’m shocked to see these positive reviews. I will not be coming here for a very long time until they get their act together. Also if the city is not allowing you to serve hookah, dont lie to your customers to bring them in!!!
