Food is great, service needs some work (and thats coming from someone who has worked in food service for over 15 years). Last two times we have called in our order and either it was incorrect (after repeating it with the staff several times) or they claimed we didn’t call at all so our order was never prepared. Unfortunately for them, we’ve moved on to another location when we want to get a bagel
