Staff laugh and joked over the course of the entire time they decided to prepare a trash product, then sell it to me while I was both respectful and cordial. I couldn't be more disappointed in the experience and what was sold to me. I paid for trash.

Overall not a good experience. Ordered a mini bagel with strawberry cream cheese…the photo speaks for itself. Took a small bite and through it away. Never in my life have I seen strawberry cream cheese look this way. Extremely disappointed, not edible at all.

I stopped to get breakfast sandwiches for my niece and nephew before heading down the shore. If you’re into paper thin taylor ham and barely any egg then come to this place. I can’t imagine how this place is competing with other bagel places in town when their sandwiches are a great deal heftier. Also my nephew wanted a bacon and egg sandwich and literally had 1 slice of bacon cut in two for each half of his sandwich! Really Cmon?? The staff is friendly and helpful but I can’t say that alone will get me back through those doors!! I hope you can use this review to help improve on your business.

My family and I have been coming to this bagel shop it's it opened up. They've been consistent with hospitality, cleanliness and extremely reasonable with pricing across the board. The most important thing that this bagel shop has that no other shop does is that it's an open concept, you see everything done in front of you from the rolling of the bagels, the baking to the food being cooked. All other breakfast food establishments I've been too divide the front and the back so you don't necessarily see what's going on. Having worked with the clifton health department in the past, let's just say there is a reason as to why we prefer ordering from here. Thank you for taking care of my entire family for 15+ years.

The bagels here were very good and had great flavor and texture! Muhammad helped me out and his service was great! Everyone here was very friendly and all of my friends enjoyed the assorted bagels here! The everything bagel, the French toast bagel was unique, and they were fresh! I ordered myself a pork roll, egg & cheese, salt pepper ketchup on an everything bagel with hash brown and it was incredible!

Love the food, only fault, place a pleasent person at the cashier.A smile and a greeting is a plus.The guy doesn't look at you, don't greet you or even say thank you. I watch while I waited for my food, he did not greet anybody or thanked anyone.That's why I love the bagel spot on Lakeview Ave in clifton, everybody is happy and pleasent. I think it's worth talking to the guy at the registerAbout his manners

Bagels are great and fresh made here. I buy it all the time since many years and staff is very friendly and accommodating
Dietary restrictions: I get bagels that are without onions and garlic and they always clean surface and take clean their knives or take new one if I have toasted bagels with cream cheese.
Kid-friendliness: They have small portions bagels if you want as well.

Quite frankly, some of the worst bagels I've ever had. The plus: they're obviously hand-rolled (a necessity for starting a conversation on good bagels). The minuses: they are massively thick (almost 3 inches thick), dry, not sure there's any salt in them, and they literally fell apart while trying to slice them.Otherwise, the place is clean, and the staff is really nice. They've been in business for a dozen or so years (can't say that much around these parts), so obviously people like them. Might be that the other food is good, but I don't think I'll go back if the thing you're named for is that bad.

The guy taking the order never hears the right and later blames the customer for inaccurate information. They need better communicators taking their orders or just come up with a template that the customer can fill out. I'm tired of the sassy replies from this employee everytime I go there.
