Ice cream is not good. Much better options around. Also pretty expensive for the quality of ice cream they serve.

Apparently they don't serve ice cream after 9:30pm on Thursday nights according to the guy working there who cut me off multiple times by talking on top of my question when I simply tried to ask what time they closed tonight. Very defensive rude man working there.

This our go to place for ice creams. Great flavors available. Friendly staff and good service overall.

I don’t even know why they have it saying they close at 10 when really they clean up and are already closed before 10. I don’t know when businesses started doing this but when it says closed at 10 that use to mean locking the doors at 10 and starting to clean up. I tried getting here as fast as I could but I guess 10mins before closing is way too late to even think about being served.

Dona is the worst employer, she is just rude and unhappy. Get a different job if you don’t like to work with costumers!!!

Poor service

I ordered a small milkshake and it was very milky so I asked nicely to please redo the order. The man at the counter who made my shake (I saw him use one scoop of ice cream and a lot of milk) was very rude with his tone and argued saying that’s how it’s supposed to be. The lady wasn’t very nice either, siding with him and giving me looks. I understand that some people like their shakes this milky, but I like mine on the thicker side. The lady remade the shake with again, just one scoop, which was of course still very milky. I was too afraid to ask for a refund, thinking they’ll give me a hard time with that too so I gave up and took my small, expensive cup of chocolate milk and walked out. A single scoop of ice cream alone is about $4.50, and a double scoop is about $5.50. So why am I spending over $6 on one scoop and some milk? Customer preference and customer service are not a priority here. I’ve come here before where different servers used more than one scoop for a small shake, which made the perfect consistency. The way these two servers argued with me and were being cheap makes me think they’re the owners/managers.

Saturday, 6/12/2021 at 5:49 am I order my multi grain bagel with Cream cheese the manager was wiping the table with his gloves The guy with the beard and a earing on left ear I ask him to change the gloves but he refused because he was going to make my bagel nasty and his attitude was disrespectful and he was arguing with me and then a lady got involved and made me another bagel. I don't recommend this Dunkin donut. If you are going there be careful they don't change there gloves.

Something has to be done with staff. I went out with my friends at night to grab ice cream and thought let's try polar pizza. Guess what they don't have any or any flavor type. Then I asked for one scoop Sundeas 4 separate cups with 4 different flavor or ice cream. Guy who was helping us said only 2 scoop available. :( ughh I went to eat something new sadly this place did not meet up to my expectation. Under staff during night time and for some reason orders were being taken longer then other baskin robbins that I have visited. Guy who was working there seem tired and gave up that he toss the magnet/sticky label tag of ice cream on floor cuz it didn't wanted to stick on the glass. This place doesn't have enough stock to go through whole day and force customer to buy instead of something else.

The morning shift manager is nasty and unprofessional.

Disgusting service by the manager.

I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here.
