Service is excellent but super undermanned! And refrigerator is never stocked

I ordered a small milkshake and it was very milky so I asked nicely to please redo the order. The man at the counter who made my shake (I saw him use one scoop of ice cream and a lot of milk) was very rude with his tone and argued saying that’s how it’s supposed to be. The lady wasn’t very nice either, siding with him and giving me looks. I understand that some people like their shakes this milky, but I like mine on the thicker side. The lady remade the shake with again, just one scoop, which was of course still very milky. I was too afraid to ask for a refund, thinking they’ll give me a hard time with that too so I gave up and took my small, expensive cup of chocolate milk and walked out. A single scoop of ice cream alone is about $4.50, and a double scoop is about $5.50. So why am I spending over $6 on one scoop and some milk? Customer preference and customer service are not a priority here. I’ve come here before where different servers used more than one scoop for a small shake, which made the perfect consistency. The way these two servers argued with me and were being cheap makes me think they’re the owners/managers.

Wish I could give zero stars. This was THE WORST COFFEE AND BAGEL I'VE ever had. For a small pumpkin spiced latte and the coffee tasted BURNT. How can coffee get burnt? Nasty and I couldn't finish it. I asked for my bagel to be toasted brown and crispy. Messed that up too. Apparently it barely touched the toaster oven so the butter just soaked into it and made a soggy mess. Again, nasty. That was my second time there, one too many but it is definitely my last. Not sure how and why people still go there.

Gave me old milk that is expired which my ice coffee, they made my friends strawberry Drink was made with the same machine which was a lie because tHIER was TWO DIFFERENT MACHINES! As well glazed donuts that had no glaze on it it was just plain a doughnut. This is the worst place you can f****** go to if you wanna start your day. If you wanna f****** come here then you most likely wanna be a f****** angry a** person. Take this a place down yeo, it NEEDS to go out of Business

Something has to be done with staff. I went out with my friends at night to grab ice cream and thought let's try polar pizza. Guess what they don't have any or any flavor type. Then I asked for one scoop Sundeas 4 separate cups with 4 different flavor or ice cream. Guy who was helping us said only 2 scoop available. :( ughh I went to eat something new sadly this place did not meet up to my expectation. Under staff during night time and for some reason orders were being taken longer then other baskin robbins that I have visited. Guy who was working there seem tired and gave up that he toss the magnet/sticky label tag of ice cream on floor cuz it didn't wanted to stick on the glass. This place doesn't have enough stock to go through whole day and force customer to buy instead of something else.

Saturday, 6/12/2021 at 5:49 am I order my multi grain bagel with Cream cheese the manager was wiping the table with his gloves The guy with the beard and a earing on left ear I ask him to change the gloves but he refused because he was going to make my bagel nasty and his attitude was disrespectful and he was arguing with me and then a lady got involved and made me another bagel. I don't recommend this Dunkin donut. If you are going there be careful they don't change there gloves.

Best customer service hand down , I was beyond satisfied with my ice cream and will definitely be coming back no doubt about it , whoever was on shift 5/17 10:20 pm has left me with a smile on my face

OMG! A customer had the wrong order because they ordered twice...well the customer brought the bag back into the store...not bad on his part...but the lady behind the counter took it back!!!! Then as we were standing in line to order the guy left and the cashier took the donut and muffin out of the bag and put it back in the baskets to sell!!!! Nope...nope...nope! We walked out without ordering our food or coffee!!! DISGUSTING
Very embarrassing experience. Saw the offer asked about it then got charged each item in the after separately, even after asking what it comes with. Would never recommend this particular store.

The workers here are just plain stupid and the do not speak good English at all. Two times they screwed up the order. That is 2 times too any . Never going back.
