Awesome food, the quality is amazing alongside the portions. Service is also amazing. Staff is super friendly and knows me whenever I walk in.

It was a rainy Tuesday afternoon, and I decided it was the perfect time to treat myself to a meal out. I chose to dine at a place that did not disappoint. I took a seat at the bar, where I was warmly welcomed by Heylee, who took great care of me throughout my visit.
The drink menu was full of tempting options, so I asked Heylee for a recommendation. She clearly knew her cocktails and started me off with a Prickly Pear Mule, it tasted amazing and looked just as beautiful.
For an appetizer, Heylee suggested the grilled octopus. Not only was it flavorful, but the presentation was also impressive and refined. Moving on to the entrée, I ordered the Prime NY steak, which was a solid 10/10. What made it even better was getting to cook it on a hot stone, just the way I like it truly a unique and enjoyable experience.
To end the meal on a sweet note (because who doesn’t love dessert?), I went with the tres leches cake. It was the perfect finish.
From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the presentation of each dish was on point. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Ms. Heylee!

I recently visited Bitol with my family, and let me tell you, it was a 10/10 experience! If you ever stop by, make sure Heylee is the one taking care of you she not only recommends the best drinks but also nails the flavor. I had the Fuego Eterno, and it was perfection, followed by the Jasmine Tini—both had incredible presentation and flavor (100/10 on both).
For appetizers, I started with the Tostadas Guava Cabra, and I ended up ordering a second round because they were just that good. I also tried the grilled octopus, which was absolutely delicious.
For the main course, I went with the Branzino Maya—I'm a huge fish lover, and this dish did not disappoint. It comes with rice, beans, and tortillas, leaving you full and satisfied.
And for dessert, Heylee suggested the churros, and wow, just wow. The perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Definitely a must-try!

The food was amazing! Tasted so flavorful and beautifully presented! Our server, Antonio was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave a some perfect recommendations to my family! I will be coming definitely coming back!

A Mexican restaurant with great flavor and an even better vibe. The food is delicious, but what really stands out is the service at the bar. Helen, the bartender, is delightful: friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented at making cocktails. Her margarita is unmissable, and her smile makes the experience even more special. My recent visit to Bitol was an absolute delight, and a significant part of that fantastic experience was due to the incredible service provided by Helen, the bartender.
From the moment I sat down at the bar, Helen greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that made me feel instantly welcome. Her knowledge of the extensive drink menu, particularly the tequila and mezcal selections, was truly impressive. I described what I was in the mood for, and she expertly guided me to a “Colomitos” that was perfectly crafted and absolutely delicious. She even offered to adjust it to my exact liking, demonstrating her commitment to guest satisfaction.

i love coming here for taco tuesdays, they have so many great options and the margaritas are fantastic. We weren’t sure what to get and Aris gave us some fantastic recommendations, he put together a perfect combination of food and drinks for us! It was delicious. 😋

Overall we like this restaurant, but feel that it is slightly overpriced for the value. We really liked about 80% of the food we've had, but had a couple of dishes that were average (not bad just not great). This last time the restaurant was very slow (Saturday night) and two waiters were a little pushy trying to upsell (ie add ons and more drinks). It wasn't aggressive, but rubbed me the wrong way a little. Outside of that, the staff is very friendly and the service is great. If the prices were lower (food and cocktails) we would go back more frequently. However, given the higher prices, will keep our visits to once or twice a year. One suggestion, maybe they could offer a lower priced menu for delivery or takeout only, as the food is good, just too expensive for what it is.

This is the second time I've eaten here. Both times service was great, food and drinks were delicious and presented well, and there is good variety on the menu. Will be back again.

Unique Mexican dining experience. Elevated dishes and unique cocktails. Our server Aris was fantastic and very attentive to a person in our party with celiac.

I had a great experience at Bitol restaurant! The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as good. They have a wide selection of unique cocktails, which was a fun surprise. The service was excellent—friendly and fast. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

This little place always surprises me. Been here a few times and each time we are blown away by the food and cocktails. Their steaks and tacos are sublime. It was very packed but our service was top notch. Always attentive and considerate. Cannot recommend this little gem enough.
