Interesting food, tasty, lil pricey. Give it 4 stars. Service was exceptional the server named Harris.

Had seen the sign and was looking forward to dinner here as we like to support local businesses. The place was reasonably busy with about 5-6 tables occupied. We ordered the guava toastadas, guac and tacos for our mains course - pulled pork and cauliflower. Unfortunately the food was disappointing just nothing to write home about. It kind of seemed carelessly thrown together. Maybe the regular cooks were on holiday in which case they should stay closed. Guacamole had no taste or flavor not fresh not even seasoned just avocado paste. Even the chips were hard and dry. Leftovers? Toastadas was like someone threw peanut butter and jelly on a lil cracker just blah no flavor whatsoever Tacos were ok not seasoned not flavorful the cauliflower was deep fried and oily so nobody bothered to drain the oil from it thrown onto a cold tacos no seasoning, topping whatsoever just some green salsa unseasoned. Drinks - mezcal Negroni and mezcal margarita average. Service was lackluster and our server the guy was bit gruff not friendly. Just seemed like they couldn't care less about me and my friend dining there apathetic service and bland food. What's the point in open table asking for anything to share with the restaurant- when nobody read it. Just not a good experience like sonn mywthing came out a box and disappointing considering still a $100 dining experience + 20% tipout of courtesy for lousy experience! Disappointed ! Will not recommend.

Delicious meals! Tacos and a fabulous pork entree at the table were all enjoyed. Very good cocktails!

This restaurant was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the serving staff were very kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect. It felt very relaxed but still elegant, and honestly felt like I was in a quiet little Cantina in Mexico. I had the Birria tacos and they were some of the best Birria tacos I have ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough, please go check it out, this location can definitely be a challenge for businesses, but what they have done with it is truly phenomenal.

The food is so gooooodddd ! Unlimited mimosas/bellini/margaritas. We had the guava pancakes and chicken with waffles. Aris and the team were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We made reservations for the following Sunday. Big thanks to Bitol and the entire staff!

Bitol is incredible! The food is fresh and full of flavor, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is truly phenomenal. Their cocktails are unique and extravagant, nothing like you’ll find anywhere else. One of my favorite places to eat, hands down.

This seems to be an undiscovered gem. High quality Mexican food. The tuna dish was perfectly seared and fresh. Octopus appetizer although small was tender and delicious. The Bronzino special was prepared simply but was very tasty and perfectly cooked. While not inexpensive the dinner was a decent value. This was the third time we've eaten here, and it is always great. Service was attentive, helpful and friendly.

Antonio is amazing, we love coming back to Bitol. He always remember's the drinks we like and makes us feel very welcome at the restaurant. The food is always on point, definitely a must try. It's our favorite Mexican food around.

This was our sixth or seventh time dining at Bitol and it has become our favorite, go-to Mexican restaurant in this area. We loved our Branzino (so fresh and clean), as well as the chicken tortilla soup to start and the seasonal cocktails. Our server, Aris, was extremely personable and attentive and look forward to seeing him again on future visits. Also, it was a bonus to have the owner, Franklin, stop by our table to say hello and check in with us. !Felicidades!

Ive only gotten take out and delivery. I was going to give 4 stars just because of the prices but I thought about it and the food is well made and worth it. I dont know if there's a lunch menu but I would Def like to enjoy some less price days. Def should try chipotle mac and cheese if you like chipotle. I have had tacos as well . I have no complaints. It was yummy .

From the moment we walked into Bitol, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, a perfect reflection of the care and attention that owner Frank clearly puts into every detail of his restaurant. But what truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service from our waiter, Aristotle.
Aristotle was the embodiment of hospitality; attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about every item on the menu, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience for his guests. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely spot-on, and made us feel not just like customers, but like valued guests in his own home.
The food at Bitol was simply outstanding, every dish and cocktail we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that Frank has built something remarkable here: a place where quality, authenticity, and heart come together. Between the exceptional cuisine and the world-class service, this is easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
Kudos to Aristotle for his professionalism and warmth, and to Frank for leading such a fantastic team. Bitol is a true gem, we’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone we know! -Gabby & Thomas 💞

Went here for brunch with 2 other people and had an amazing experience! We were given suggestions on what to eat and drink and man they did not disappoint! I live in Florida, but will for sure be coming back here again on my next visit to try more of the menu.
