Bitol Mexican Handcrafted Cantina

This is one of our go to restaurants. Everything is freshly made. The guacamole with fresh tuna is a fan favorite. If you are looking to have a meal that's authentic this is the place to go. The staff is very attentive we have never had a bad experience.

Salsa had a great flavor; Enchiladas Suisas was excellent; the Manager on duty remembered us from a previous visit and was very attentive to us; pleasant wait staff. Prompt service. We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty full. There was a larger party there which caused the noise level to be higher than normal.

Beyond the wonderful owners- the wonderful food- the staff is PHENOMENAL! Aris is the most attentive & caring server you will find around town!! We come regularly- and Aris always has our dogs setup ready! Highly recommend visiting!

I love it here!! Came with some girlfriends for dinner and drinks, we all enjoyed ourselves! The margaritas and tacos were beyond delicious. This restaurant had the friendliest staff too. What a cute aesthetic and atmosphere! Will certainly be back soon! Highly highly recommend.

The most delicious tacos I have ever day. The ahi tostones were absolutely amazing. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend the guava margarita as well!

Arius was amazing. He was attentive and made my night felt at peace. The atmosphere was really good too food was delicious. Definitely will be back. Fine dining at its best.

All I can say is come here, and ask to be seated in Aris' section. His service is second to none. He is attentive, checks on you often, and he provides fine dining 😉. Oh, sorry the food, yes it is good. Came for brunch a couple times and I was told to try dinner; and let me tell you, I wasn't disappointed. A+. Remember ask for Aris!!!!

The night was wonderful!

We started at happy hour with spokey pineapple margaritas, goat cheese tostadas and the spicy wings and everything was phenomenal. This was followed by the carnitas tacos and another round of drinks including the Paloma and be Jasmine Tini. Everything that touched our lips was delicious, fresh, and unforgettable.

Aris, our waiter, was attentive and helpful in making decision. He took very good care of us were very grateful! This place is phenomenal and if you're considering it definitely go!

We'd been wanting to go here for a while and when we finally did we were NOT disappointed.

We were celebrating a birthday and it was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were extremely accommodating of the (very) picky eaters in our party, although the food was so good there wasn't much accommodation necessary--they ate far more than usual and tried new things.

The steak on a stone stole the show, but would definitely recommend across the board.
