They don't let customers use restroom. Unprofessional and rude store. Take your business elsewhere

You cannot ask questions because one employee starts yelling because he always wants to go home. He doesn't want customers to ask questions. Very rude and mistreats people. I wasn't asking him anything, but he gets involved because he is a bully.

I recently visited Bimpie to get a Lycamobile SIM card, which I understood was supposed to be provided for free. However, I was surprised to find out that the store charged me for the SIM card, despite it being advertised as free by Lycamobile. This feels like a misleading practice and is not in line with the company's policy. I would caution others to be aware of potential extra charges when visiting this store

Atul Patel is scum bag! Every time he always is so nasty and rude with all customers. I don’t know if he is the Owner or worker either way total low life! If you are working at a fast food/ deli location you need to be customer service savvy! While making someone sand-which was biting his nails! Gross! Always seems like he has a bad day! Never going there again!

I have always loved Blimpies, but this is one place that totally turned me off. The couple of times I came here, whenever I ordered a cold sub, they never got it right. Either they missed two (or sometimes more) ingredients, or they completely botched the toppings, (as well as not knowing the difference between sweet peppers - which I wanted, and hot peppers - which I didn't want) omitting numerous ones I wanted, and sadly didn't discover until after I got home, and putting a slather of mayo, (which is a sin on an Italian sub) which I didn't order. Clearly these people have absolutely no clue as to how to make subs, -- or listen to an order. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance, and wound up on the wrong end of an attempted overcharge. Even with 6 1/2+ percent sales tax, there is no way that a $5.29 sandwich (as listed on the menu board) should cost OVER $6! This is because the machine registered the sandwich at $5.79! (Before tax). I didn't hesitate to walk out immediately after confronting the counterman about this dishonest practice, and left without paying, nor taking the sandwich, leaving it right there on counter. Maybe they have since remedied the situation, but it is too late for this customer. I will not return to this place again.

I got a sandwich and the bread looked dry and i started to say something but i didnt. Came home and the bread is old. Dry and flaking on the top. Called and they stated bread made daily. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!

It’s a convenience store w/a Blimpie’s counter inside. ***Clerk doesn’t wash his hands*** unless requested & he’ll be upset if you do, & argue that it’s unnecessary while doing so slows his business. Says wearing gloves is sufficient. Yet he puts gloves on w/the same (unwashed) hands used to handle the register, cash, lotto tix, scan retail items, etc., & his gloves are not always new. Add, the glass is covered so you can’t see the food you’re being served, nor what toppings are available, what condition it’s in, etc. He spent so much time debating over the hand washing issue, he forgot all the requested sandwich toppings. So we went home with bland sandwiches AND wondering how clean the food was kept before it was served to us. Eat at your own risk.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 b/c the overall store looks is kept clean. However, Blimpie’s & the Board of Health needs to train their clerks on the importance of hand washing when serving food, especially during a pandemic.

Blimpies has always been a favorite of mine. Some locations are better than others. I gave three stars for this reason. Still, Blimpies is a Jersey favorite! Thumbs Up to the Blimpie Best Sandwich. Get One!

This is an ok place to go if you need chips or a loosey... but that's it...do not eat food that is made here. I can not stress that enough. I don't know if the flies or the smell turned me off worse.
