I placed an order online, well in advance. I get there, and was told to wait 15 minutes. Okay, no worries. I waited, only to see them hand me a bag that was ready to be picked up from when I first arrived. I was ordering #86, they made order #87 fresh and called it out before they gave me my food.

About what I expect from a chain. The service was fine and fast. The one problem I have with this location is that after several remodels the men's room door still opens directly to the urinal! How about a little privacy?!
Parking: Handicap spots are located in the front of the building.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play center here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots are located in the front of the building not on the side.

On Behalf Of My Mom: On Tuesday, October 22, I went to Burger King via Drive Thru to buy breakfast and there was no one serving me and I didn't know that the system was down and there was no signal and then an older man came to the window and told him I give my order and I ask the gentleman what time do you open and the gentleman answers me at whatever time I feel like it and I ask him again, excuse me, what is your name? And He Answers That He Cares, So I Tell Him That He Is A Spoiler And I Ask Him To Give Me Extra Sugar And He Didn't Want To Give Me, I Entered The Door To Ask For Sugar And He Told Me That He Was Going To Call The Police To Arrest Me, I Chose I left so as not to continue arguing and then I went to make complaints, no one tells me anything. I Think It Was The Manager And He Is Very Rude, He Needs To Know How To Be Kinder To Work In Customer Service.

Went to the drivethru tonight to try to get a meal after a long day of work. I started today at 4:30 a.m. I arrived there at roughly 8:00 p.m. My days are taxing and sometimes it's hard to see everything later in the day. The menu displayed two large pictures of Whopper Jr for $5 and I misunderstood all of the small writing underneath it. When the gentleman came on the line over the PA system I ordered incorrectly, he corrected my mistake of I didn't read the menu correct, I continued to order the two Whopper Juniors for $5 but while waiting in a long line in front of the menu I realized as I had not moved yet that underneath the two pictures It stated in small writing that I had first misread there was a $5 meal in which in my perception was to be a better deal for what I could pay. I waited in line until I was asked or called upon again and I asked the gentleman Autario to please help me change my order. He paused upset, told me to wait, answered again after muting his side of the line with an attitude, took my order and when I got to the front of line I offered my apologies at the window as I saw him in the distance behind the young woman that chose to step up to help me or perhaps was told to. I could see he did not want to come to the window. He refused to accept my apology for not being able to see the menu. He just kind of just gave me a side look and walked away talking softly under his breath. The young beautiful woman at the window graciously apologized for him and we all kept it moving. I could have made a scene but that's not who I am. Please help this young man understand that some people work very long days and it's not easy to see a menu at a certain age especially when a better deal as I perceived it to be is written in smaller writing. Instead of enjoying my meal after a long day's work I was confronted with someone that was a bully and shouldn't be serving customers. I didn't need my meal, I just threw it out, Can't eat hate so I left it alone.
I know his name was something like Arturo because the other workers said his name in the distance as they asked him for help but he was looking at them with discuss as they were bothering him for help. Smh No one wants to help people aymore.

When I got home which is only a couple of minutes away, the coffee was cold and they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. The large cold coffee was discarded into the kitchen sink after a sip. I can say this is the worst Burger King around, which is really unfortunate because it's the closest one to my home. The orders often come out either incomplete or incorrect, the food is always cold; they never serve anything hot. The service always slow, and the staff are generally rude and unfriendly. It's very frustrating to get home and find missing items and no sauce in the package. Burger King management should really check this place out.
