Needed a quick meal. Actually the burger was not bad. It did not taste completely real, but did the trick. This food is in my opinion, a last resort if you need to grab something fast. I would never feed this to my kids.

Due to the fact that the Hackensack Burger King refuses to serve you a Freestyle beverage at their drive-thru window (which is annoying after they close the dining room), I took a chance on going to the Clifton Burger King in case they had a Freestyle machine. Well, they didn't. But not only that, when I tried ordering what I thought were normal fountain flavors at the drive-thru, they didn't even have Coke Zero. However, that wasn't the biggest problem of my visit. I customized the two burgers that I ordered very specifically. The person at the window even repeated back my order, not once but twice. When I got home, the two burgers were prepared exactly the same as each other, and neither one was prepared how I requested. It was like someone in the kitchen decided to turn each of them into a hybrid of the two separate instructions. I also got cheated out of the cheese that I paid for but did not receive. And I wouldn't mention this next thing if I hadn't already had problems to complain about, but the onion rings I got somehow seemed to have the faint scent of mothballs (unless that was my imagination)?

I've order from this BK on multiple occasions and there is always an issue. The last time I ordered through the app and ordered a large Lemonade, and when I got to the window I was given a small I showed them my order the manager comes over and tell me we don't have large lids so we gave you a small instead. On principal alone I said OK please refund the difference. His response was no contact corporate we don't do refunds and closes the window on me. Great customer service there buddy!

Burger King on Piaget Ave (US Route 46 East) is an over 50 year old establishment on the highway that has the benefit of being convenient to the local business district and the local middle school, as well as highway travellers and neighborhood residents, with easy entry and exit onto both the highway and local back streets. With an almost always busy drive thru, this place does a crisp business. However, while the food is usually good, there are a few items that are down points here. Inside service tends to suffer at the hands of the drive through customers, with sometimes slower than normal service. The food can be at times also slightly undercooked. One thing that has happened to me on more than a few occasions also is that, in spite of a spate of cold and cooler weather, I always, in the middle of the evening rush (5-7 pm) always somehow wind up having to wait for coffee to be made. The staff is always being accommodating and polite, but still, multiple times, having to add to time in there can be irritating.Vegetarian options: Standard BK options. Impossible Burger and Whopper stand out. Garden salad. Fries, of course.Dietary restrictions: Allergens information is posted. You have to look for it though.Parking: Large lot in front with a few more spaces on the side. Approximately 80-100 spots.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu always popular. Playground isn't always open howeverWheelchair accessibility: Accessible entry. Sufficient maneuvering room inside. Wide aisles for seating at most but not all tables.

It is always busy at this restaurant's drive-thru. Grateful that this location has the Impossible Whopper. Try it sometime, you'll be amazed at how good it is.

Rude. Disrespectful. Every order is wrong. Food is always sloppy and just thrown together. I went here just to prove to somebody else how horrible it was and guess what - they didn't fail. Do yourself a favor and swing right around the corner and go to Hot Grill where their patrons are respected, the food is made with love and their workers have pride.

Worst BK I’ve ever been too. Staff doesn’t care, service is slow. My own fault for going back more than once. Officially off places I’d go to eat. 0/10

Just order my food from Burger King. Took a while then usual even though there was nobody there. Saw an employee walk past. The fries stuck his hand in there and was eating them. Absolutely disgusting...

It's a shame that I have to write this review because the young lady that took my order via the drive-thru, was so very nice; but my food was TERRIBLE!... I was really in the mood for some onion rings and fries. I didn't get a chance to eat, but I remembered how good BK's fries were. So I decided to stop at BK. What a terrible mistake. The onion rings that were given to me were cold and soggy like they had been sitting for hours at a time. The fries were greasy and soggy as if they had been soaking in water. And the Chicken wrap... was just outright Sad!... The pieces of chicken in the wrap were so small, they were practically nonexistent. I will be sure to NEVER EVER visit this BK ever again. So sad...
