Café Bubamara in Clifton is one of those rare places that immediately puts your soul at ease. My friend and I stopped in for a much-needed heart-to-heart, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot.
We shared the chicken avocado panini, which was fresh and satisfying (though a touch more avocado would’ve made it perfect!). The staff was kind and welcoming, giving us space while still making sure we felt cared for.
This isn’t just a café — it’s a place that holds space for quiet connection and creative thought. Whether you’re catching up with a friend, or journaling over coffee, Café Bubamara has it. We’ll definitely be back. ✨

First time here, cozy place with plenty of balkan dishes, the meat burek was our favorite dish, we will be back for sure. Alcohol not served but you can bring your own wine.

Food here is great and pretty accommodating to dietary restrictions (unless you're vegan, I'd say) in terms of menu options. Everything is decently priced and delicious. The desserts are extremely unique and incredible! The wait time for the main courses might be a while, but the place is cute enough that it's not unbearable and if you're in the back, it's a marvel. Not sure if it's a language/cultural barrier, but the staff sometimes give mildly judgmental vibes about what you order and don't seem to always understand everything you're saying ?? Highly recommend!

A must visit if you are in this neighborhood. Amazing indoor and outdoor interior,lots of room ,great service and the food portions are very generous. Pricing is like in the city so on a bit pricier side,but totally worth it. Get burek for bfast with kefir ;) u wont regret it, lemonade is delicious and chevapi are very nice portion. Will deff come back again to try desert because our bellys were full :)
