This is the first review I’ve ever left, but I felt it’s needed due to how bad the service here was. I went in on a weekday and waiting almost 45min in line while they had one guy making all the food. He was clearly new because he kept asking the manager for help. Instead of the manager jumping in, he felt it was a good time to fill in chips and rearrange soda cans in the fridge. Meanwhile there’s about 4 other employees at the same station. I politely went over and asked if maybe the guy stocking chips can hop in since there was about 30 people in line and one worker. She rudely told me they are understaffed and that he was the “manager” so no. I guess the manager doesn’t have to work anymore, and no one was breaking a sweat to be claiming to be understaffed. Personally I could have done better job myself, definitely won’t come back to this location.

Service was terribly slow. Waited on line for over 30 minutes then had to wait another 25 for Steak. I finally had enough and walked out without any of my order. Not only did you waste my time, you wasted product. Check your cameras. It's un acceptable. I won't be stopping at this particular location any time in the future. Should be better prepared for crowds like this busy days also need more staff on the line. Do better guys.

Very disappointed with my order after ordering ahead. Somehow, instead of getting a kids chicken quesadilla and a kids cheese quesadilla, I got 2 cheese quesadillas. To top it off, the kids fruit came molded and like someone’s nail had been in it. Overall, not worth it. If you’re going, make sure you go in to order so you can make sure your food is up to par.

I got my food but it was not worth the hassle. I walked in and it was fine just like your regular chipotle. Until I got closer to order and oh my god when I tell you they were so bad and crazy. They look so bad I don’t even think they got a job interview there they just showed up behind the counter. Some of these people are just crazy. It was the messies counter I’ve ever seen. They were throwing food on my bowl. They didn’t mess up, but they were slamming it and putting too little. And then they didn’t even close my bowl and they’re throwing it across the counter the service there is horrible. I even have a friend who said they worked there and they had to quit because it was so crazy. I love chipotle but the service here is horrible.

I’m done with this location the workers are disrespectful and they would rush you to make you move through. The preparation of the food was horrible once they were out of something they didn’t refill it. The customer service sucks will never be going back to this location again.

This location has been suffering from its location of convenience. Also, they have too much of a party in the kitchen, so they're distracted. I know of this fully because I had to wait for my food for 30 minutes one day in November while standing against the wall. The only person moving was the expediter. Don't know if she was the manager as well, but they need some order, efficiency and everything else. Tonight's food was sad, wet, my kid's meal was missing the juice and the chips. Will not be back
