I’ve been coming to Clifton Bagels for a while now, but I’ve noticed an ongoing issue with pricing. Today, I was charged $11.77 for a ham and cheese roll with tomato and a Vitamin Water. According to the menu in-store and online, a ham sandwich is $6.75. Adding cheese, tomato, mayo and a drink shouldn’t cost an extra $5.
What’s more concerning is that I seem to be charged differently for the same order depending on who serves me. At first, I thought it might have been an error, but it’s happened several times now. Unfortunately, it feels like the price I’m charged might even depend on how I’m dressed—whether casually or dressed up for work.
This inconsistency is frustrating and makes me feel taken advantage of. I really hope management can address this issue and ensure fair and transparent pricing for everyone.

Moved here a few months ago and started coming here. I come on sundays and there was a girl with glasses who always took care of me... very efficient and friendly. This new older Spanish woman they have is very miserable, not friendly at all. Stupid business decision, I won't be returning

I came into the store to order. I stood in front of the muffins counter and waited for someone to ask what I needed. The muffins previously were next to the register. Two people came in and walked up to where the register was and ordered before me. I waited, then he finally said what do you want? I told him that I wanted a plain muffin and a cranberry muffin. He looked at me like I was crazy and said, you mean a corn muffin. I said oh OK yes and I also said is that a Walnut Muffin. He said read the sign. It’s walnut cream cheese. I said oh OK. I thought it was a sign for the cream cheese not the muffin he told me to read. I told him he was being very rude. I also told him that I was in the store before the other ladies. He said I needed to order from the counter. I told him it was my second time in here and all he had to do was say yes ma’am you can come to the counter where the register was. he told me to get out of his store. He was the rudest person I have met in a long, long time. I will never come into the store again.
Ordered bacon and egg on an everything bagel. Asked for the bacon to be very well done and a little salt and pepper. The bacon wasn't well done enough and all I could taste was the pepper. The bagel was good. Plenty of parking

The bagel I ordered with cream cheese was horrible..the cream cheese was hard as a rock and not spreadable..I spoke to the owner who did not even care that I was a customer to try to rectify the problem..will never go there again or recommend the place!
