Very good food, I came from Utah just to eat chifa and the taste was very good, I recommend it, just one observation about the wantan soup, which was very good, if they added Chinese noodles it would be the same as the one in Peru!!!

I'm Peruvian and the one thing that's hard to find for myself is authentic Chinese Peruvian food. Now for my birthday I chose to try this restaurant out and see if it's a "diamond in a rough." Needless to say, the staff seem to be untrained, so I get that the lady behind the counter is a bit obvious to handling a huge party (in her defense this place is small). Now concerning the atmosphere, the place is small and is more design for in/out customers. Even the bathroom was a terrible inconvenience, you have to go outside to the back entrance, and it is still cold outside. Not a great dining experience, again, I wanted to give them a try, so I picked them, and we ordered....For the food quality, there was up and downs. Now the traditional Peruvian dish like Lomo Saltado, Tallarin Saltdao, and Arroz Chaufa was delicious. The Chinese Peruvian dish like the Chijaukay was not that impressive. They added too much salt and did not take into account that American soy sauce has more salt than the authentic Peruvian soy sauce. Not to mention that the chicken was cold and reheated because the crumbs was tough. Another dish was the Tipakay, the sauce would have been delicious, but they should have cooked the chicken first before adding the sauce because the juice of the chicken thin out the favor. Chicken with Pina was good, but it could have been better for the same reason with the Tipakay. As I mentioned, this is a small place and the kitchen I would have imagined was not prepared for a huge party (I did give them a heads up 24 hours prior). Still, if you want to be successful, you have to think big and be ready for opportunities like this. My review may not carry weight, but the point is every customer's opinion matter, and it adds up. As a result, I'm the only one in the group giving this ok review. If it was better, they would have gotten 11 great reviews.

100% do not recommend. I ordered a chaufa special with chicken and meat, needless to say it was a disaster. There was barely any if no meat or chicken at all. The chicken and meat that was there was very very small you could barely see it. Way overpriced! With the $40 I wasted here, bc that’s what it was a waste I could’ve went to my local Chinese food and got better food. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.
