I ordered an extra large pie for pick up. When I got there, they thought I ordered large, so they made and charged me for a large. I told them I had ordered extra large. They apologized and asked if I was willing to wait 10 minutes for them to make an extra large pie, which I was okay with, or if I was okay with the large pie and two more slices of pizza. I took the extra two slices and they didn't charge me more for it, even when I offered to pay the difference. Everyone was very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: The young ladies at the cashier were very friendly with my toddler.

This has always been my husband’s favorite pizza place, but it recently became mine when I discovered they make gluten free pizza pies to order with whatever toppings you like. It’s delicious! I love the fries too. The best I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot! The workers are also very friendly, helpful and professional. Great and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!
OMG. The pizza at Clifton Village Pizza will give any pizzeria in Manhattan or Brooklyn a run for its money. The sauce is perfect, not too acidic or tangy, a little sweet even. And they don't put too much sauce, which would take away from the balance of the crust, cheese, and toppings, if any, in my opinion. Speaking of all that...the crust is really good, just the right flavor and thickness. A little crispy on the bottom, helping to keep it from being soggy. Even passed my "stay straight" test and doesn't fall over when I hold it horizontally (obviously if you get a slice with a pound of toppings, that's different :) I have had the sausage and the margherita. Both delicious. My husband likes the roasted veggie/salad slice and it is two meals! So good. We live in Hudson Valley, but make it a point to go whenever we're in the area.

I come all the way from Alabama to eat here and they stopped using bell peppers! Not only that, the girl that takes the orders is incompetent! She reads back what you say at least 15 times and still gets it wrong. As long as I’ve been coming here and now they suck. I have to go all over Jersey to find another place that sells a good pie and that’s gonna cost me a butt ton of money all because these jokers won’t spent $.15 for a dang bell pepper! I guess they got a new owner or something because they are all screwed up now. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

Very family friendly place. I have been coming here since I moved back to Clifton they always remember my family and children. Also a great spot for a quick slice. Always lots of options that are ready for an “on the go” bite. Lots of good pizza places in Clifton but the added family touch keeps me coming back.

The staff are extremely friendly! Very welcoming atmosphere. One large pie with three toppings. $32.00. I understand prices are going up, but $4.00 per topping? While the pizza was tasty, it was not the best pizza I've had.
Ordered the pizza at 6:56 p.m. on Valentine's Day along with well done fries and was told the order will be ready in 15 minutes. Show up at 7:25 to pick it up it's not ready yet. 7:35p.m., 39 minutes after ordering , pizza ready no fries. Guy at the counter says the girl forgot. Says it'll be 15 minutes. Already had to wait way longer than anticipated couldn't wait any longer. Totally unacceptable and understaffed especially on a night when you know you'll be busy. While there they almost gave the wrong food to the wrong people twice for pickup. The food there is good when you can get it.
Been here a few times since, usually eat in and everything was fine. They get busy so order ahead and know the prices online are not the prices in store. Got charged an extra $1 per sandwich for a few pieces of onion on an almost $50 order.
Update: still come here at least once every couple of months. The pizza is great and slices are huge. 4 huge slices, fries and two bottled drinks were $24. I'm going to chalk the original review up to our being Valentine's Day and just the craziness. Upped my stars to 4. Wish they had half stars

Little disappointed don’t know if because weather but I ordered a half plain n half meatball pizza pie delivered and didn’t taste fresh looked like it was made hrs ago and reheated it. Pizza was hard don’t mind paying 22.00 but for a good pizza not for a pizza that looked and tasted reheated

Clifton Village Pizza is a gem! Everything I’ve tried there has been top-notch, but their chicken cutlet sandwich deserves a special shoutout. It’s massive, the bread is fresh and soft, and the chicken is fried to crispy, golden perfection. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are, and the flavor is just incredible. On top of that, their prices are super reasonable, making it an easy choice for a great meal. Highly recommend stopping by!
