I had a very disappointing experience at Crepe Castle. After placing my order, we waited over 30 minutes only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. In the end, we never even received our crepe because they were “too busy” and there were people waiting. The staff didn’t bother to offer any alternative or solution, which shows a complete lack of customer care. Very unprofessional service — I would not recommend this place.

If you want a quick fulfilling treat, try a milkshake. I usually get Oreo or the Lotus flavor. Others working there made it for me before but Yusef makes them the best. Ask for him !
