We had several Parents from Fair Lawn high school coming and asking for products that they bought in school claiming it is from our bakery.

I grab products made by Daisy's Bakery from Jetro/Restaurant Depot for vending. Always fresh and well made, love to support a local bakery. Personally love their apple danishes.

I bought a box of "gourmet" cheese Danish at Restaurant Depot and they were not great. There was visible cheese at both ends but zero on the inside. I was not happy with these and would not purchase them again.
Margarine in a croissant is heresy. I ordered a couple of croissants from my local diner in Connecticut. I thought they would have been fresh baked, and it was fine that they were packaged from Daisy's, but why is one of the top ingredients MARGARINE made with PALM OIL. Croissants are made with BUTTER. This thing tastes like plastic 😕
If commercially produced goods have to suffer in quality, don't even make them!! Margarine in a croissant- shame on you. Get real!

I picked up 2 of their blueberry muffins. The muffin was good but they must have been low on blueberries that day because there were maybe 3-4 of them in it.I won't buy their products again.

Bought an iced lemon cake from dollar general and it was the worst cake i have ever ate or tried too. Tasted nothing like lemon and it was dry. The icing on top was like chewing bubble gum. It was so thick even after running my fork under hot water it would not come off. Threw the fork away with it. Discusting

Every time I go to the store I buy all of the Gourmet Coffee Cake. No other coffee cake tastes as good. Even the expensive grocery store brands don’t compare. Can I find these in bigger sizes the ones I find are like 4x4 inches. Thank you for a great cake guys!
