I had a horrendous experience with Dera Resturant tonight. I am a regular customer of this restaurant. I order here at least 3 to 4 times a week.Today I ordered a pick up order of 2-3 different entrées and when I went to pick up my order, I saw that the chutney that was packed with the order was not sufficient.It was only enough for one piece of a kebab order. I asked the waitress to please give more chutney as that is not enough for my entire order and she responded rudely and say this is all we give and we are not gonna give more.I told her I am a regular here I always get a full container of chutney because of the amount I am ordering and she said yeah well we don’t do that.She said if you want more you need to pay for it. I asked her if she thinks what she gave me is enough for my order and she said she don’t care and that i need to pay if i want more.I told her that the owner knows who I am and that I have been a regular for the past 3 years. She didn’t seem to care at all.I asked her for the owners phone number and she told me she didn’t have it. I told her to refund my order and she told me she can’t do that. I again told her then call your owner and she said she could not do that. She didn’t seem to care that I’m a regular customer and the way she was speaking showed that she also didn’t care about the reputation of the restaurant or her owner.Employees like this are only there to shut down businesses.The owner is a nice gentleman and I have never had an issue with him. I would like to make him aware of how his employees are treating and speaking to customers.I would like the owner to call me. The restaurant has my number and I always order under Honey K.this resturant will loose and enormous amount of business if the owner does not call me back.#Ramadan Mubarak

Hands down best bun Kabab (Karachi anday wala burger) I have had in tri state area. Their gyro that comes with rice is also very special. Their regular Pakistani food is also very good. Must try their Aloo paratha. On the weekends Halwa puri option is also a must try. It’s reasonably priced.

Awful customer service. Always get order wrong. A month ago, my sister and her family visited me for the first time. I placed an order for 10 naan, 5 chapli kabab, 5 seekh kabab, 1 chicken tikka boti. I had also cooked chicken dish so we were going to supplement that with this order. The girl on the phone barely spoke English and I repeated my order multiple times. When I went to pick up the order, the guy said it’s 3 chapli, 3 seekh, and 10 naan with 1 chicken tikka boti. Frustrated at this, I didn’t want to wait so I just took whatever they had prepared. When I went home; THERE WERE ONLY 3 chapli kabab and 10 naan. But they charged me full price. So 7 people ate 3 kabab. When I called back asking for refund they said they couldn’t offer and when the owner called me after I got upset, he offered me 5 kabab to pick up anytime I want. I’m sorry but either redo my order or refund me. What am I supposed to eat 5 kababs with? I have to spend money again to buy naan and other stuff?

This Pak Indian food restaurant is average, their food taste is ok. Try their mix grill and chilli chicken. Chapli kabab is hit or miss. They have good naan too.

Excellent spot.. hidden gem! We had their chicken kabab rolls, chicken tikka rolls, beef bihari kabab rolls and chicken biryani. Everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth a try!

We order chicken karahi, goat karahi, chicken Tikka, seikh kabab, and kabab roll. We love the food except Daal. Little busy because of the weekend, but that's fine. We booked in advance and have no issue. It's such a nice placeParking: Easy and plenty of parking in front of the restaurant
In the website(Google) says it is open at 10. So, we went there and the restaurant was open. But the employee there said they are open but they will start serving food only at 11 and that too in the most nonchalant manner. And when we suggested that they should update that online, we got an even colder response. I seriously don’t understand why they are saying open when they are actually not, wasting the valuable time of the customers. This is our second similar experience in a restaurant in the Paterson/Clifton area(put another review for that restaurant, too). In any case, definitely not coming back here!
