I was travelling in the Clifton area and looking for a place to have dinner. I came across this restaurant, which on the outside appears to be a non-descript little building in a mediocre neighborhood. I was hungry, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. It's not a large restaurant, but the inside is much nicer than the outside would suggest. Food and service were excellent, prices reasonable. I had a chicken dish, small salad, dessert, no alcohol, it came to $37. Recommended.

I have ordered the spiedini for months and today when I received it it was nothing like I usually order. I called the restaurant and a female answered the phone and was very nasty and I explain to her that this is not what I usually receive and she said there is no changes. She said my note said sauce on the side. my notes said extra sauce. it would be 4 pieces together toasted and melted with the sauce on it. They sent me a dry grilled cheese sandwich. The girl said that was my note. They were 5 star to me, now I give them a 1.

Its great to walk into a restaurant and be recognized and to have the owner /chef come over and greet you!!! Its also great to have a menu that is interesting and consistently good!! We love going often and having family milestones there. I even have arranged company dinners there!!
