I have one issue here . There's this employee with super long beard who prepare the sandwiches. I suggest when a person have a long beard they should wear beard not .it is not hygienic to not to wear a net

One costumer ask for a mistake in order and the worker that made the coffee treat him super bad. I think everyone should be treated with full respect. Plus they make the order wrong I ask for a coffee and the cashier did not allow me to finish what I was saying.

I am literally here every day every single morning I stop and I grab a coffee for myself and hashbrowns for the kids. The staff is friendly. They know me they know what I want. I love this place.
The guy who works there always messes up orders, he never listens and pretends like he can’t hear you when you try to correct

I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.

To walk into a Dunkin at this time in the world with them being so busy and the people at the register remember you and have your order already ready is astonishing! Love the staff here from the person taking my order (majority of the time it's Ranjin), to the order cook making my snackies! They're all rockstars because they are efficient and to remember my order which is difficult with all the many orders you go through is a gift!
