I was actually taken aback by the how courteous and friendly everyone was here; especially the staff, but also the patrons.
I’m a very able 50-year-old man, not old-old. But the young lady that was apparently on break, rushed to the door to open it for me. Then, the young men in line ahead of me quickly told me to go ahead of them in line.
Stuff like that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Great spot!

The Indian boy in front and the manager lady have a very bad attitude. These people are racist and need better management to manage this store.

The Indian brown-skinned lady in the front I think she’s a shift leader is not respectful and seems very hateful and prejudice. Whenever I walk in and come in there she always rebukes me with something u can’t be here more then 30 minutes u can’t have that u can’t this blah blah. And she looks at me an makes me uncomfortable. But a white lady or other people she is nice to everyone and a lady did not pay for her drinks and walked out and came back and gives the drinks to her for free. If I did soenthing she wud call the cops. She needs to be fired
Positive experience visiting this site, which is quite clean and staff were quick and proficient in completing my order. They have the option to order on a kiosk in store or order with the staff member. This visit was by chance, and I was pleased with the experience. This particular location has both, Dunkin and Baskin Robbins.

I mistakenly ordered brown sugar espresso, didn't mean iced. So I got set up after getting iced coffee. The men who made it were rude and didn't even want to explain or propose something else. But the young lady resolved the problem with intelligence and friendliness. This coffee was very good. I would like to express my deepest respect and gratitude to this young lady for her service and problem solving.
