I love Dunkin! But I don’t know why this time was an awful experience, I got a coffee with a expired milk, I can’t even drink it and It is so sad, the taste was awful :(

Got my drink and sandwich but was waiting 10 minutes for my doughnuts. Tried asking the employees to help so I can leave but was just ignored. Horrible service, my drink was already getting melted/watered down by the time I got my whole order.

Terrible service! The lady who first was taking my order had a very rude attitude, and I get that it’s busy and they are going around but that does not give you a right to shift that attitude to a customer. Then another cashier had told me to go to her and I could be wrong but the employee named “Pretti” apologies if I said her name wrong, but she was very rude as well. I order a $6 meal and another meal with Bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel with hash-browns with a refresher and I received my refresher and one of the meals but I was still missing the bacon, egg and cheese from the $6 dollar meal. I went to tell them and they sent me to the cashier and I was telling her that I am still missing it, and she started giving me attitude and saying I never told her I ordered the other meal, practically putting the blame on me. I never once came up with disrespect towards them. The drinks are plain here, the food is good, but the service is terrible. I don’t recommend coming to this place.

Choose a different 24H dunkin rather than this one if you can! Came at 3AM. They had no customers and 2 PEOPLE clocked in. They still messed up my order and had two things missing. Lost money and started off my morning bad that day. Still upset about it.

Never coming back. Bad employee and overcharged. Ordered a medium cold brew was charged for a large, and customized the sugar to how I like. The girl takes my order and after waiting, when it’s ready comes says “I know you ordered a medium but I accidentally charged u for a large so here’s a large” with the same amount of sugar and cream as a medium, which, had I purposely ordered a large, I would’ve asked for a different amount of sugar and cream. I would’ve much rather been slightly overcharged by mistake and given my medium the way I asked them for her to arbitrarily give me a large with the same what I asked for.

Very inconsistent and very unhappy.

The way they cook their food compared to other Dunkin Donuts is terrible! Their snackin bacon is plain , does not follow directions on how to make your drink & sandwiches are soggy .
